WOMEN AND CHILDREN'S CENTER OF ACTIVITY IN DONGGUAN ARCHITECTURE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL 文教类建筑 绿色建筑分析 绿化屋顶 Women and Children's Center of Activity in Dongguan GREEN BUILDING 雨水 The building follows the red line arrangement, which is in 阳光 harmony with the urban space. Architectural modeling design ideas from the \"mother and child embracing, mother and child pull, hidden but beautiful spot \" shape concept, the building body is surrounded, bite, hollow, to work in concert with the modern international aesthetic. The building is stepped back to the northwest and northeast to reduce the oppression of the streets, and providing open civic event plaza. In order to quickly evacuate,the parent-child theater entrance that with concentrated crowd is set in the northeast corner. The main entrance of the square faced southwest and architectural form will attract the public into the well- designed courtyard, making it a focus of street landscape. The building has 5 floors, with the standard of first-level high rise building and first-level fire resistance rating. The height of roof is 36m, the height of cornice is 37.5m, the highest point is 39.6m. This building has the multiple function of urban planning development pavilion, citizen art center, public library, urban museum, theater, shopping mall, also has the ancillary equipment room and storage room. Thereinto, the total building area of bio-chemistry laboratory is 6671.4m², the total building area of innovation tower A is 35388.3m², the total building area of comprehensive teaching building is 33736m2, the total building area of innovation tower B is 17531.1m2. Besides, this campus also has college hospital with 1467.4m² and teachers’ apartment with 90270m² in total. As a purpose for create a high-level university, Guangzhou University has to make fully preparation of infrastructure construction and developing conditions. The around area also has citizen plaza with underground and civil air defense museum. There are three main part of whole project: the culture& sports center and overground plaza, underground civil air defense construction. The culture& sports center provides a high-level activity space for citizen, contains the facilities of theater, sports pavilion, art/training center, temporary exhibition hall, children’s park and library. 红旗镇文体中心与公共人防工程勘察设计 位置 ：珠海市金湾区红旗镇 建筑面积：3.3 万平方米 立项时间 ：2017 年 项目简介： 项目位于红旗镇，规划建设集文化馆、图书馆和展览馆为一体 的单体建筑，以及供市民休闲娱乐的市民广场，其中包括地下 停车场和部分人防展馆。本项目分为三个部分，地面以上是文 化中心与镇中心广场，地下为公共人防工程。 红旗镇文化中心主要为社区民众提供一个高标准的文体休闲活 动场所，其设施包括有文艺演出、体育活动场馆；老人活动、 艺术培训中心，另外还有临时展厅、儿童活动场所和休闲书店 阅览场所。 Zone Team 014

The totally planning area is 59534m², totally building area is 78433m², including the overground area of 58569m² and underground area of 19864m². Thereinto, the highest building is 42.5m with nine floors. The whole project contains international finance college, international translation college, law school, politics& management school and other facilities buildings. ARCHITECTURE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL 文教类建筑 Exhibition Hall Architecture& Planning Design, Doumen District Zhuhai City This project aims to create a new exhibition area combining multiple functions of business office, technology communication, culture exhibition, education and entertainment. Citizen garden is located in south of the site, so the exhibition hall also opens for south direction, it makes more attractive for citizen in the citizen garden. The ground floor like a“urban meeting room”, connecting the north and south space, passenger can follow the ramp enter the pavilion directly. These two buildings, south pavilion and north pavilion, follow the pattern of portal, it’s a key area of Jianfeng Mountain and Jianfeng bridge. South pavilion has a mainly function of technology museum, also has other multi-functions, north pavilion is history& planning museum, and temporary exhibition space. These buildings at the foot of mountain, composing a harmonious image with the surrounding environment. 珠海斗门区展览中心建筑规划方案设计 位置 ：珠海市斗门区 设计时间：2017 年 项目简介： 斗门区展览中心位于珠海市斗门区尖峰大桥西端、珠峰大道西 侧。与最大的省级森林公园尖峰山公园相邻，正对尖峰大桥， 与白藤湖旅游城遥遥相对。它周边市政、旅游、交通、文教、 医疗等配套资源齐全，交通四通八达。本项目区域旨在将其打 造成为集商务办公、技术交流、文化展示、教育服务、休闲娱 乐于一体的形象展示区。地南侧为市民公园，南侧展馆的布局 向南面打开，引导市民。从公园一侧进入场地，并可穿过首层 共享大厅到达场地中部的广场，然后进入北馆，也可顺着坡道 进入展馆。这两组建筑就有如尖峰山的门户，也可以说是尖峰 大桥的桥头堡。南馆的功能比较多样，其中有比较重要的科技 展览厅功能，而当今科技的发展总是以令人目不暇给的方式突 然呈现在面前。而北馆主要功能是历史和规划展馆，还有临时 展厅，这些展示的内容有一个特点就是已知的或可预见的，相 对静态的，按时间轴线发展的。两组建筑置于山脚下，和身后 的尖峰山构成一组和谐的画面。 Zone Team 018

ARCHITECTURE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL 文教类建筑 Qintai Theatre& Culture Center, Wuhan City Qintai Theatre& Culture Center is being situated near Yangtse River Wuhan city, the total site area over 500,000m2, this is the biggest Cultural theme Park in Wuhan city, it being called“the most beautiful meeting room in Wuhan city”. The whole project is surrounding the Moon Lake, the theatre and the odeum at the north bank of Moon Lake, moreover, the south bank of Moon Lake has cultural plaza, outdoor theater and public stage, the east bank has “music forest”, the west bank has lotus wetland, this area is connected by trestle bridge, making more waterfront space with Moon Lake. These areas Eventually formed an integrated landscape surrounding the Moon Lake with the length of 1.2km and totally green area of over 600,000m2, looking over the theatre by the river. 武汉琴台文化艺术中心 合作方：广州珠江外资建筑设计院有限公司 投资方： 武汉市政府投资 15.7 亿元人民币 设计 - 完工时间：2004 年 -2007 年 项目简介：琴台文化艺术中心东至江汉一桥，西至月湖桥，南 至琴台路，北至月湖大道，共计 2.15 平方公里，占地面积就 达 50 多万平方米，是江城最大的文化主题公园，面积超过 5 个洪山广场之和。傍汉江、枕月湖、背靠梅子山，这里被誉为 “武汉最美的客厅”。该中心整体环月湖而修建。月湖北岸包 括已建成的琴台大剧院，正在建设的音乐厅；南岸为文化广场， 含有凤凰广场、万人露天剧院、月影舞台；东侧为知音岛，绿 意葱茏，还有会唱歌的雕塑；东南侧为音乐森林，流水潺潺； 西南边为莲花湿地，栈桥曲折相连，沿湖边延伸。高山流水、 凤凰广场、莲花湿地，这是即将竣工的琴台文化艺术中心的三 大绿色景区。它们沿着五琴路月湖湖畔蜿蜒而至，长 1.2 公里， 总绿化面积达 60 多万平方米，与琴台大剧院隔湖而对。是第 八届中国艺术节主会场。 Zone Team 019

This project is located in the east of center lake, at the south of industry service center. The totally site area is 36575m2, the totally building area is 58263m2, thereinto, the overground area is 29263m2, underground area is 29000m2, the height is 24m. the first step of construction is archive museum with area of 28500m2, the second step of construction is library with area of 29763m2. Guangdong University of Finance Library Project Wuhan Qintai Arts Center Opera House and Cultural Square Jinan University Library 金湾航空城公共文化中心 Zone Team 020 投资方：珠海华金开发建设有限公司 设计 - 完工时间：2016 年 - 至今 项目简介：本工程位于金湾区，东起机场东路，西至双湖路， 北到金湖大道，南到中心河的规划主干道，是珠海西部生态新 城的核心片区，未来将发展成金湾区的经济、社会、文化中 心。本工程拟选址于中心湖东侧、产业服务中心南侧。总用 地 面 积 约 36579m2， 总 建 筑 面 积 58263m2， 其 中 地 上 建 筑 面 积 29263m2， 地 下 建 筑 面 积 约 29000m2， 建 筑 限 高 24 米。 本工程分为两期建设：一期建设档案业务功能部分及地下室； 二期建设图书阅览功能部分及地下室。一期档案馆建筑面积 28500m2（ 其 中 地 上 建 筑 14000m2）； 二 期 图 书 馆 建 筑 面 积 29763m2（其中地上建筑 15263m2）。

ARCHITECTURE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL 文教类建筑 Architectural Conceptual Design of Banxuegang Art Center and Surrounding Land The Banxuegang technology city is located in the core node of Shenzhen, connecting north and south of city, gathered many high-tech and creative enterprises, headed by Huawei. It is \"demonstration zone for Shenzhen eastward developing strategy\", planning to build a “strategic area in Zhujiang River Delta to leading innovative industry competition around the world.”The Site area of Banxuegang Art Centre is located in the south of Bei’er Road, across of the road with Huawei, Shenzhou and Xintianxia industrial town, the west side is close to urban villages, the southwest is border on Huangjinshan hill park, and in the east direction is urban avenue Banxuegang Road. The northeast corner of the road is the constructing metro station of line 10. The site area is made up with two parts, the total area is about 4.83 hectares.
