Since 2005,KBM has pioneered China's waste baling sector with ISO-certified automatic solutions, headquartered in Dongguan, Guangdong.
2008-2010

KBM-X7 Series
The KBM-X7, specifically designed for compressing and baling waste paper, recycled fibers,scraps and industrial waste, has made a strong debut.

DryPulp Baling Process
The crushed dry pulp is conveyed via a belt conveyor into the baling chamber for compaction. Dust generated by free-fall is extracted through a dust suction pipe and directed to a dedicated filtration system, where particulatesare captured.Filtered clean air is then discharged outdoors.

SERIES OF RAW PAPER CUTTING CRUSHING AND REPACKAGING
The raw paper is fed into the guillotine platform (either manually placed orrolled in),where it is automatically secured.The guillotine motor activates,performing a full-width center cut to split the paper. One half falls directly onto the rear conveyor belt, transporting it to the crusher or pulper for processing. The other half is flipped by an auto-tilting mechanism onto the same conveyor for identical treatment.

PULP RESIDUE BALING SYSTEM
The pulp residue (with moisture content exceeding 80 % is first washed in a drum washer, then discharged onto the bottom conveyor belt or feed hopper. Once the conveyor is activated,the residue is transported into the baling press for dewatering.The compacted residue can be directly loaded onto transport vehicles or optionally strapped with steel wires before shipment.

WET DUST REMOVAL SYSTEM
Shredded scraps enter the plate separator through the air duct for separation,then are fed into the pulper for processing.Filtered dust enters wet dust removal tower viafan,where itisneutralized bysprayed water.After filtration, cleanairis discharged.

Core Advantages
The top layer of the wet dust removal tower is a water-absorbing layer,which prevents excessive moisture from being discharged outdoors along with the air and affecting the surrounding environment.
The mixture of water and dust (slurry) is transferred into the stainless-steel collection water tank below through the holes at the bottom of the wet dust removal tower. A slurry pump is installed on the side of the water tank to convey the slurry settled at the bottom of the water tank to the interior of the customer's beater for further recycling treatment.
To prevent the water vapor inside the beater from flowing into the screen position of the plate - type separator,which would cause the screen to be blocked and affect the separation performance, the interior of the plate - type separator is designed to be slightly positive pressure.In addition,a dehumidifying fan is added at the top of the beater. The extracted wet air containing dust is then connected to the wet dust removal tower, thus forming the cyclic use of the entire system.
