·Makeurethatthefluidcircuit,whennew,hasbeenproperlycleanedandmadefreefromanymachiningburrorabrasiveparticle. Inexistingfluidcircuitmakesurethatthefilterquaityandfunctionalityareinaccordancewiththenormalequirementsofydraulic circuit.
·Clamp ina bench vice the rear of the union and screw up the flexible hose.(sketch ① ）
Do not use solid pipes.
·Install the rotary union on to the shaft.(sketch ② （2
·Connect the flexible hose to the supply line.Make sure that the union is not installed taut. (sketch ③ 1
·Whenusingmetalicflexible hosesinshortspacewithsharpcurves,userigid45or90elbowstoavoidunduestreses.(sketch ④ 1 ·Check that the union does not rotate eccentric or wobbling.
·If thefluid is hot or dangerous for any reason,apply a union guard.
·When required,lubricate periodically the union.

The unions ROTOFLUX S65,S80,S100 and S125,thanks to large free passages,are used when large fluid flows are needed.They are provided with balanced and microlapped seals made with carbide and carbon graphite.The special designofthe seals allows to change,when needed,only the seal rings in order to minimize time and costs of maintenance.

TheG Series rotary unions have been especiallydeveloped inorder to manage the flow of high temperature liquids.The special below,specifically designed in stainless steel for this very application, guarantees a long life for the unions, without problems even in case of very demanding applications. The graphite micro-lapped seals,thanks to the flexibility of the bellow,perfectly match the casehardened steel seal of the rotating shaft.The two sintered graphitebushings allow a perfect axial rotation without any problems.
