Hot Dip Galvanized Seamless Steel Pipes
Product Introduction
A hot dip galvanized seamless steel pipe is a type of high-strength steel pipe made of whole metal through the perforation process,whereas a blank pipe ismade by cold and hot roling or cold drawing.The process of pre-treatment, hot-dipgalvanizing,and post-treatmentis used to create a steel pipe with no seam on the surface.The connection modes can be threaded,grooved,welding, etc.According to the production method,seamless pipes are divided into hot roled pipe,cold rolled pipe,cold drawn pipe,extruded pipe,pipe jacking,etc.The materials include ordinary and high-quality carbon structural steel (Q215-A\~Q275-A and 10\~50 steel),lowalloy steel (09MnV, 16Mn,etc.),aloy steel,stainlessacid-resistantsteel,etc.The product size is 22-Φ325,the length is 6 ~ \mathsf { m } ,and the rated working pressure is less than or equal to 2.5MPa.The connection mode is the same as that of hot dip galvanized steel pipe.

⑦ Theservice life is long.The outer surface of each finished hot dip galvanized seamless steel pipe is treated with special anti-corrosion treatment,which further extends the service life of the steel pipe.
Mainapplication fields
It is generally usedasa pipe forconveying fluids,such as pipes forconveying oil,natural gas,coal gas,water,and some solid materials,etc.
1.Appearance
1.1 The inner and outer surface of the steel pipe are not allowed to have visible cracks,folding, scaring,pricking,or separationof layers.These defects should be completely removed, the removal depth should not exceed the negative deviation of the nominal wal thickness,and the actual wallthickness at the cleaning place should not be less than the minimum value allowed by the wall thickness deviation.
1.2The innerand outer surfaces of the steel pipe should have a completely galvanized layer.There should be no black spots,bubbles,zinc slag,or particles that are not plated with zinc.In addition, the surface should be smooth.The surface of the steel pipe should be passivated after galvanization.
1.3 The pipe should be straight,and the sections at both ends should be perpendicular to the pipe axis.The section should be flat, with no incision burrs,and should not be chamfered.
2.Performance requirements
2.1 Tensile properties:The longitudinal tensile properties of the steel pipe under delivery should complywith the provisions of Table 7 in GB/T8163-2018.
2.2 Crushing test: No cracks or gaps are allowed in the specimen after crushing test.
2.3 Expansion test: No cracks or gaps are alowed in the specimen after the expansion test.
2.4Bending test:When the steel pipe's outer diameter is not greater than 2 2 { \mathsf {mm } } for the bending test, the bendingangle should be 9 0 ^ { \circ } ,thebendingradiusshouldbe6 times thesteel pipe's outer diameter,and no cracks or gapsare allowed in the bending place after bending.
2.5 Hydraulic test: The maximum test pressure should not exceed 19.0MPa. Under the test pressure, the pressure regulation time should not be less than 5s,and the steel pipe should not be allowed to leak.
3.Quality of galvanized layer
3.1 Galvanized layer's weight:The total weight per unit area of the galvanized layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe should not be less than 3oo g/m2.
3.2 Uniformity of galvanized layer: Galvanized steel pipe should be tested for uniformity of galvanized layer.During the test,the specimen should be continuously impregnated in copper sulfate solution 5 times without changing red (copper plating color).
3.3Adhesion of galvanized layer:After the test, the peeling phenomenon of the galvanized layer is not allowed in the specimen.
PlasticLined Steel Composite Pipes for Water Supply
Product Introduction
The plastic-lined steel composite pipe for water supply isa galvanized steel pipe-based pipe, which has both the mechanical strength of steel pipeand the anti-corrosion properties of plastic pipe by plastic-lined pipe.It uses aself-produced galvanized steel pipe and plastic-lined pipe.The rawmaterials of the lined pipe are pure imported PE plastic particlesand hot melt adhesive and are produced by international or domestic advanced extrusion production lines.The plastic-lined composite pipes include lined PE and lined PE-RT series,inwhich the lined PE composite pipe is suitable forcold water transportation.The lined PE-RT composite pipe is suitable for hot water transportation.

Good corrosion resistance:The inner wall plastic layer of the plastic-lined steel composite pipe for water supply has strong adhesive force,high density,and good corrosion resistance,which can effectively extend the service life of the pipe.
Good mechanical strength:The plastic-lined steel composite pipe for water supply has the same mechanical strengthas the hot dip galvanizedsteel pipe.It hasastrong tolerance to theexternal influence of impact, bending,and pressure.
Good hygienic properties:The plastic pipe formed by polyethylene is non-toxic,tasteless,and polution-free,and the health standards meet the safety evaluation standards of the national drinking water transmissionand distributionwater equipment and protective materials.
Low fluid resistance:The inner wallof the plastic-lined composite steel pipe for the water supply is smooth,the frictioncoeficient issmall,it isnot easy toaccumulate scale,the fluid resistance is small,andthewaterflowisnotblocked.

PIPING INSTALLATION
Regulations for the installation and use of steel-plasticcomposite steel pipes
1.The piping and connection of the pipeline system should be carried out inaccordance with the following steps:
1.1Draw the actual construction drawing according to the coordinatesand elevation lines specified in the design drawing;
1.2Piping should be carried out according to the measured construction drawing.Establish the instalation sequence of pipesand fittingsand preassemble them.
2.Steel-plasticsteelcomposite pipe should use the following tools:
2.1Special steel pipe cutting machine (DS cutting machine) should be used for cutting;
2.2 Automatic threading machine should be used for threading;
2.3Special roling groove machine should be used for rolling groove;
2.4Pipe bending machine should be used for pipe bending.
3.Threaded connection:
3.1Plastic-coated or lined malleable iron pipe fittings are recommended;
3.2Before connecting the stee-plastic pipe tothefiting,check therubber gasket orsealring in thefiting, then screw the fiting onthe pipe end wire.After confirming thatthe connection of thesteel-plastic pipe has been inserted into the interface of the pipe,connectthe pipe tothe fiting withapipe wrench (Note: Do not rotate reversely).
3.3Steps for threaded connection
① Pipe cutting should meet the following requirements:
Pipes should be cut by a sawing machine, not by an abrasive cuting machine.
When pipes are cut bya sawing machine, it is advisable to use alloy saw blades with a rotation rate ≤8o0r/min, especially for cutting steel pipes.
When pipes are cut by hand saw, the saw surface should be perpendicular to the pipe axis.
② Threading should meet the following requirements:
T Automatic threading machine should be used for threading;
. The threading machine should be lubricated with lubricating oil;
. The taper pipe thread should meet the requirements of the current national standard GB/T73o6 "55°sealed pipe thread" and should be inspected by a standard thread gauge.

Therough edge of the metal pipe end should be smoothed with a fine file. Oil,water,and metal chips in pipe ends and threads should be removed with cotton rags and brush.
The plastic-lined pipe should be chamfered with a special reamer, the thickness of the plastic-lined layer should be 1/2,and the chamfer slope should be 10°\~ 15°.
The plastic-coated pipe should be chamfered with a sharpener.

4. Steel-plastic composite pipe grooveconnection
4.1.1The cut surface of the pipe should be smooth,without cracks,bumps,shrinkage,slag,or oxides,and polished smooth.
4.1.2Before groove processing,remove paint,rust,debris,and other dirton the surface of the processing site.
4.1.3Grooves should be formedby cuttng machines,and special roling groove machines canalso be used for processing.
4.1.4During groove processing,the endface of thepipe should be tightwith the stop surface of the processng machine,and the axis of the pipe should be perpendicularto the stop surface of the processing machine. In the process of cutting or rollng grooves,the longitudinal and angular displacement of the pipe should not occur.

4.1.7Grooved flexible couplings should comply with the provisions of the national standard "Steel-plastic compound pipes and fittings for fluid service" GB/T28897-2021.

The outer surface of the pipe from the pipe end to the groove must be clean and smooth, without burrs, depressions, bumps (including welds), peeling paint and rolling indentation, etc. Check before installation to ensure that there are no defects that affect the sealing of the gasket.
Check the gasket to ensure that it is suitable for the working condition. Apply a thin layer of suitable lubricant to the sealing lip and outer surface of the gasket to prevent squeezing the gasket during installation.
Place the gasket in and position it on the pipe end, ensuring that the gasket is not hanging over the end of the pipe.
The two pipe ends are aligned and joined together.

4.Transportation

5. Storage
Quaified steel-plasticcomposite steel pipes should be stored inan indoor room-temperature environment and mustbecovered when stored in theopenair.It should notbe storedoutdoors indirectsunlightandcold places foralongtime.Theproductshould notbe keptdirectlyonthe groundwhilebeingstored;instead,itshouldbe supportedbya shelf.The product should notbe in contact withacid,alkali,salt,orotheritems.(See Figure 4)
