Wet Lattice Type Ball Mill

湿式格子型球磨机

工作原理

Working Principle

物料与水(或液体介质)混合后通过进料端进入筒体，筒体旋转时，钢球和物料在离心力作用下被提升至一定高度后抛落，通过冲击、研磨和剥磨作用实现物料粉碎。

粉碎后的浆料通过格子板上的孔隙强制排出，经排矿端筛分后，合格颗粒溢出，粗颗粒返回继续研磨。

After the material is mixed with water (or liquid medium), it enters the cylinder through the feeding end. As the cylinder rotates, the steel balls and material are lifted to a certain height by centrifugal force and then fall down, and the material is crushed through impact, grinding and peeling actions.

The crushed slurry is forcibly discharged through the pores on the grid plate, and after screening at the discharge end, qualified particles overflow while coarse particles are returned for further grinding.

适用范围

主要用于金属矿(如铜、铁、金矿)和非金属矿(如石英、长石)的湿法粉磨，适用于粗磨或一段磨矿(产品粒度通常为0.2\~0.3mm)，常见于选矿厂、化工厂及建材行业。(不适用于干磨或超细磨作业)

It is mainly used for wet grinding of metallic ores (e.g., copper, iron, gold ores) and non-metallic ores (e.g., quartz, feldspar), suitable for rough grinding or single-stage grinding (the product particle size is usually 0.2\~0.3mm), and is commonly applied in concentrators, chemical plants and building materialsindustry. (Not suitable for dry grinding or ultra-fine grinding operations)

Wet Overflow Type Ball Mill

湿式溢流型球磨机

工作原理

Working Principle

物料与水混合后从进料端进入筒体，筒体旋转时，钢球和物料在离心力作用下被提升至一定高度后抛落，通过冲击、研磨作用实现粉碎。磨细的矿浆因流动性增强，逐渐向排矿端移动，最终从出料口自然溢流排出，无需强制排矿装置。

溢流出的矿浆进入分级设备(如螺旋分级机或水力旋流器)，合格细粒被回收，粗粒返回再磨。

After the material is mixed with water, it enters the cylinder from the feeding end. As the cylinder rotates, the steel balls and material are lifted to a certain height by centrifugal force and then fall down, with the material comminuted through impact and grinding. The finely ground slurry gradually moves toward the discharge end due to enhanced fluidity, and finally overflows naturally from the discharge port without the need for a forced discharge device.

The overflowed slurry is fed into classification equipment (e.g., spiral classifiers or hydrocyclones), where qualified fine particles are recovered and coarse particles are returned for regrinding.

主要用于金属矿(如金、铜、铁矿)的二段细磨或再磨作业，以及非金属矿(如石英、长石、萤石)的超细粉磨，适用于产品粒度要求较细(\~200目占60%\~90%)的湿法选矿流程。不适用于粗磨或高浓度矿浆处理。

湿式溢流型球磨机以细磨能力强、运行可靠等特点，成为选矿厂闭路磨矿的关键设备之一。

It is mainly used for the secondary fine grinding or regrinding of metallic ores (e.g., gold, copper, iron ores) and the ultra-fine grinding of non-metallic ores (e.g., quartz, feldspar, fluorite), and is suitable for wet mineral processing flows with fine product particle size requirements [60%\~90% of particles reaching \~200 mesh]. It is not applicable for rough grinding or the processing of high-concentration slurry.

Characterized by strong fine grinding capacity and reliable operation, the wet overflow type ball mill has become one of the key pieces of equipment for closed-circuit grinding in concentrators.

Wet Rod Mill

湿式棒磨机

工作原理

Working Principle

湿式棒磨机采用湿法磨矿方式，物料与水混合后从进料端进入筒体。筒体旋转时，钢棒在离心力和摩擦力的作用下被提升至一定高度后呈泻落状态滚动，对物料产生选择性破碎作用(优先破碎粗颗粒，保护细粒不过磨)。

磨细的矿浆通过排料端的中空轴或格子板排出，进入分级系统循环或进入下一工序。

The wet rod mill adopts a wet grinding method, where the material is mixed with water and fed into the cylinder from the feeding end. As the cylinder rotates, the steel rods are lifted to a certain height by centrifugal and frictional forces and then roll in a cascading manner, exerting a selective crushing effect on the material [crushing coarse particles first and protecting fine particles from over-grinding].

The finely ground slurry is discharged through the hollow shaft or grid plate at the discharge end, and then enters the classification system for circulation or the subsequent process.

湿式棒磨机以高效节能、产品粒度均匀等优势，成为选矿和建材行业粗磨作业的核心设备。

It is mainly used for the primary rough grinding of metallic ores (e.g., tungsten, tin, lead-zinc ores) and the medium-fine grinding in the building materials and chemical industries (e.g., silica sand, feldspar, cement clinker), and is particularly suitable for applications where overcomminution is undesirable and a uniform particle size (0.5\~3mm) is required. It is not applicable for ultra-fine grinding or the comminution of high-hardness materials.

With the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation and uniform product particle size, the wet rod mill has become a core piece of equipment for rough grinding operations in the mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries.

Dry Grid Type Ball Mill

Working Principle

干式格子型球磨机采用干法粉磨工艺，物料通过进料装置进入筒体，筒体旋转时，钢球和物料在离心力作用下被提升至一定高度后抛落，通过冲击、研磨作用实现粉碎。

粉碎后的物料通过格子板上的孔隙强制排出，经风力或机械方式输送至分级设备，粗颗粒返回继续研磨，细粉作为成品收集。

The dry grid type ball mill adopts a dry grinding process, where materials enter the cylinder through the feeding device. As the cylinder rotates, the steel balls and materials are lifted to a certain height by centrifugal force and then fall down, achieving comminution through impact andgrinding actions.

The crushed materials are forcibly discharged through the pores on the grid plate, conveyed to the classification equipment by pneumatic or mechanical means. Coarse particles are returned for further grinding, while fine powders are collected as finished products.

It is mainly used in dry grinding processes such as cement, silicate products, refractory materials, chemical fertilizers, non-ferrous metal beneficiation (e.g., copper, lead-zinc ores) and coal powder preparation, and is suitable for medium and rough grinding (with a product particle size of 0.074\~0.5mm). It is not applicable for high-humidity or viscous materials.

Characterized by high efficiency, energy conservation and strong adaptability, the dry grid type ball mill is widely used in the building materials, metallurgical and chemical industries.

Ball Mill for Aerated Concrete Blocks

加气砖用磨机

工作原理

Working Principle

加气砖（蒸压加气混凝土砌块）生产通常采用球磨机或棒磨机对原料(如砂、粉煤灰、石灰等)进行湿法或干法粉磨。磨机筒体旋转时，内部研磨介质(钢球或钢棒)在离心力作用下对物料进行冲击、挤压和研磨，使其达到工艺要求的细度(一般80\~200目)。

粉磨后的物料经分级设备筛选，合格细粉用于加气砖配料，粗颗粒返回继续研磨。湿法工艺需加水形成料浆，干法则直接收集细粉。

In the production of aerated concrete blocks (autoclaved aerated concrete blocks), ball mills or rod mills are usually adopted for wet or dry grinding of raw materials (such as sand, fly ash, lime, etc.]. As the mill cylinder rotates, the internal grinding media [steel balls or steel rods] impact, extrude and grind the materials under the action of centrifugal force, bringing them to the fineness required by the process (generally 80\~200 mesh).

The ground materials are screened by classification equipment; qualified fine powders are used for batching of aerated concrete blocks, and coarse particles are returned for further grinding. The wet grinding process requires adding water to form slurry, while the dry grinding process directly collects the fine powders.

适用范围

主要用于加气砖生产线中的原料制备工段，适用于粉磨：

-硅质材料：石英砂、粉煤灰、尾矿砂等(细度需达180目以上)。

-钙质材料：石灰、电石渣等(需控制活性度)。

-混合料：石膏、水泥等掺合料。

不适用于高湿度或强粘性物料的干法粉磨。

加气砖用磨机以细度精准、运行稳定为核心优势，是保证加气混凝土发气均匀性和强度的关键设备。

It is mainly used in the raw material preparation section of aerated concrete block production lines and is suitable for grinding the following materials:

Siliceous materials: silica sand, fly ash, tailings sand, etc. (fineness shall reach 180 mesh or above]

Calcareous materials: lime, carbide slag, etc. (activity shall be controlled) Mixed materials: gypsum, cement and other admixtures

It is not applicable for the dry grinding of high-humidity or highly viscous materials.

磨机安装

一、安装前准备

1. 按照基础图纸和磨机的实际长度划主轴承、小齿轮、减速机、电机的基础中心线；

2. 按照地基图纸校验基础各孔位尺寸及各位置的标高(要求见表一);

3.根据现场情况和基础的水平标高的差异情况，准备垫铁和调整垫铁。

二、安装

1. 安装调整主轴承座-根据图纸要求，对两端的主轴承座进行水平校正和同轴度校正，应按照实际测量的磨机两中空轴的实际中心距尺寸(考虑膨胀量10mm)，调整两主轴承座的中心距。注意：出料端不得高于进料端，且只允许进料端高于出料端(不超过2毫米)

2.安装齿轮罩下部-将齿轮罩下部按照大小齿中心距的要求预放置到相应位置。

3. 吊装筒体-吊装筒体前，检查中空轴轴径是否有碰撞等缺陷，清理干净轴承座内部异物及中空轴轴颈，吊装时要防止灰尘、杂物落在轴承座内，不能在轴颈及圆角处放置装任何起具，且吊装时要保持筒体平稳，不得碰到主轴承座，以免两主轴承位置发生变化。

4. 安装大齿轮-起吊前必须清理干净大齿轮的齿面、法兰面及两半的哈夫面，找出大齿轮的对接标志和定位销孔，安装时先将所配的定位销装好，再安装其它螺栓。

5. 安装小齿轮-以大齿轮为基准，按照大、小齿轮齿侧间隙1.5-2.0mm，接触面积在齿长方向不少于60%的要求，调整小齿轮位置。

6.安装减速机-调整减速机输出轴与小齿轮轴的同轴度不大于0.10毫米，联轴器间的间隙为8-10毫米。

7. 安装电机-调整电机输出轴与减速机输入轴的同轴度不大于0.10毫米，联轴器间的间隙为5-8毫米；

8.安装进料装置-调整进料斗与进料螺旋筒间的间隙均匀，保证石棉盘根与进料斗的密封严密，确保不漏料;

9.安装出料装置-调整出料罩，保证出料筛筒与出料罩间不发生干涉现象。

10.齿轮罩安装-注意调整齿轮罩的偏摆，确保大齿轮两侧的间隙均匀，且密封条紧贴大齿轮的侧面，做好齿轮罩个段节间的密封。

三、二次浇注

复核并确定各部分的安装无误，首先浇注各处的地脚螺栓；3-5天后再次复核各部的安装精度，确定无误后再进行二次浇注，注意凝土标号不低于500号，各底座下面必须填满混凝土。

磨机试车、维护

磨机安装完成后，必须经过空载、部分负荷和满载试车，试车运转合格后才能投入正常生产，为保证磨机的长期正常运转，必须对磨机的操作、维护和检修制定操作规程和维修制度。

一、磨机的操作

磨机必须由经过专门培训或熟悉磨机操作的人员来操作。

磨机运转前的准备

磨机在起动前，必须做好充分准备工作。

1. 磨机各零部件的安装符合有关技术要求，所有连接螺栓、地脚螺栓螺母均应紧固。

2.筒体内零部件的安装牢靠、螺栓紧固，且磨内不存在影响磨机运转的异物。

3. 研磨体的装载量应符合要求。

4.筒体上人孔盖和进出料装置的检查门等均应关严，牢固紧闭。

5.主轴承、大小齿轮，减速机，轴承座加油，润滑油清洁、并符合要求。

6.所有带密封装置的地方，要求将密封与摩擦面之间的压力调节松紧适当，保证既能密封又不至压的过紧，造成密封很快磨损。

7.仪表、照明、动力、信号等系统应完整、灵活、可靠。

8. 设备安装应符合安装技术和图纸要求，电动机、减速机应符合说明书和有关技术文件中的各项规定。

9.输送、提升等设备试转后均能保证正常生产，符合技术要求。

10.磨机附近不得有妨碍磨体运转的杂物，危险点附近不得有人。

磨机试车运转

1. 空试车-磨机内不加研磨体、不喂料，连续运转12小时，要求轴瓦温度在60℃以下，停磨后检查所有紧固螺栓有无松动现象(特别是中空轴与筒体之间的联接螺栓必须重新紧固一遍)，有无不符合设备安装要求之缺陷，如发现应及时调整和处理。

2. 1/3负载运转-磨内加入研磨体总量的1/3，喂入额定产量内的1/4物料，连续运转48小时，注意观察并检查所有轴承位的温度变化，不得超过要求；检查各连接部位的连接螺栓的松紧情况(特别是中空轴、大齿轮、衬板连接螺栓)，及时拧紧松动者。

3. 2/3负载运转-磨内研磨体加至总量的2/3，喂入额定产量内的1/2物料，连续运转72小时，注意观察并检查所有轴承位的温度变化，不得超过要求；检查各连接部位的连接螺栓的松紧情况(特别是中空轴、大齿轮、衬板连接螺栓)，及时拧紧松动者。

4. 满负荷运转-在空载和1/3负荷、2/3负荷运转正常的基础上，装入研磨体总量的3/4，喂入额定物料2/3,连续72小时。观察并检查所有轴承位的温度变化情况，均应符合要求；检查各连接部位的连接螺栓的松紧情况(特别是中空轴、大齿轮、衬板连接螺栓)，及时拧紧松动者。

5.满负荷运转一星期后，测得物料的筛分曲线以确定研磨体的装载量及级配。

6.以上每阶段试运转后，都必须对所有螺栓紧固一遍。

二、维护

维护与保养

磨机的维护与保养是保证磨机长期正常运转的关键和前提，而且必须与磨机的操作和检修密切配合起来进行。磨机的保养维护工作直接影响到磨机的运转率和使用寿命，因此必须制定磨机维修保养制度，确定维修保养的周期、内容及责任人，以便能及时排除故障，保障生产。

1. 主轴承、减速机、电动机注入润滑油(脂)必须清洁，油室必须密封良好，保持油的干净，每班检查各种润滑油部位是否达到要求，及时添加或更换。

2. 对新装或更换之零部件，注油运转30天后，应将润滑油全部倒出，刷洗油池，更换新油，换油时必须保证润滑油精清洁无杂质，符合牌号要求(见表2)。
