Float Ball Liquid Level Switch
The float ball liquid level controller consists of two parts: the float ball group and the contact group which are isolated
from each other. The float ball group is in contact with the liquid, the contact group is not, and the two parts are
separated by flange between the float ball group and the contact group.
When the measured medium liquid level rises or falls, by the buoyant force, the float ball rises and falls with it, so that
the magnet steel at its end swings up and down in the opposite direction, and through magnetic coupling, it pushes the
magnet steel of the same polarity mounted inside the flange to swing up and down, which drives the contacts of the
internal microswitch to turn on and turn off, and outputs the corresponding switching signals.
