产品简介 Introduction

该产品是在紧压的铜、铝导体外挤制内屏蔽层和耐候交联聚乙烯或耐候型黑色高密度聚乙烯或耐候型聚氯乙

烯绝缘层和外屏蔽层而制得（1kV架空绝缘电缆没有内外屏蔽层），结构简单、安全可靠，同时又具有优良的机

械物理性能和电气性能，耐电痕、耐沿面放电、耐大气性能优良，与裸电线相比，敷设间隙小，节约线路走廊，

线路电压降减小，尤其是减少供电事故发生，确保人生安全。

The products are manufactured by extruding a conductor screen layer, an insulated layer of

rough-weather-adaptive XLPE or rough-weather-adaptive black HD-PE or PVC, and an insulation screen

layer over the compacted copper/ aluminium conductor (no conductor screen layer and insulation

screen layer for cables of rated voltage 1kV), with the advantage of simple construction, and excellent

mechanical, physical and electrical property as well as fine performance of anti-creeping-discharge,

rough-weather-adaptive and creepage-proof.Compared with bare conductor, the products can be laid

more closely to save the line gallery, and have less voltage-drop. Above all, the products installed

reduce power accidents to insure lives safety.

The rated voltage of cable has three classes:

Continuous permissible operating temperature:

Max.Temperature of cable under short-circuit (5sec.Max.Duration)

Laying temperature of cable not less than -20℃.

Operating ambient temperature of cables: -40~40℃.

PVC Insulation 70℃

PE Insulation 70℃

HDPE Insulation 75℃

XLPE Insulation 90℃

PVC Insulation 160℃

PE Insulation 130℃

HDPE Insulation 150℃

XLPE Insulation 250℃

1、电缆额定电压Uo/U分为三种：a.0.6/1kV b.10kV。

2、电缆导体的长期允许工作温度：

聚氯乙烯绝缘为70℃；

聚乙烯绝缘为70℃；

高密度聚乙烯为75℃；

交联聚乙烯绝缘为90℃

3、短路时（最长持续时间不超过5秒），电缆的最高温度：

聚氯乙烯绝缘为160℃；

聚乙烯绝缘为130℃；

高密度聚乙烯为150℃；

交联聚乙烯绝缘为250℃。

4、电缆的敷设温度应不低于-20℃。

5、电缆使用的环境温度为-40～+40℃。
