粉末彩涂板，与传统油漆彩涂板类似，只是所用涂料类型不同。
粉末彩涂板也是以热镀锌板、热镀铝锌板、热镀锌铝镁板、冷轧板作为底材，经过脱脂钝化处理之后，再进行粉末静电涂装，经过高温烘烤之后得到的产
品，即为粉末彩涂板。粉末彩涂板的颜色丰富多彩，可参照GSB色卡、RAL色卡、Pantone色卡调色，同时可根据客户实际需求，进行个性化定制。
粉末彩涂板的表面状态可分为平面、砂纹、皱纹、珠光以及木纹等特殊纹理效果。
粉末彩涂板具有外观亮丽、易加工成型、使用寿命长等特点，广泛应用于建筑、家电、装饰、交通运输等各个领域。

粉末涂料由树脂、颜填料、固化剂、助剂，以一定的比例混合，熔融挤出、再进行粉碎过筛工艺制备而成。拥有100%固含，以粉末状态存在，制造过程及使
用过程都无'三废”产生，更无需添加任何溶剂，是以空气作为分散介质，利用高压静电吸附方式进行涂装。
粉末涂料是一种环境友好型产品，具有:高效(Efficiency)节能(Economy)经济(Economy)环保(cology)4大特点，国际上称之为“4E”涂料。

现场码垛时最多2包，且不能超过30天，以防板
损坏。

1.产品出厂前均根据客户的要求用薄膜认真
包装以避免运输途中损伤。
2.运输车辆必须车况良好，车厢底面应平
整、清洁。
3.最底层的板子反面向下，最顶层的板子反
面向上，要挤压紧凑、密实，防止产品在
运输过程中挤压变形、磨伤等损坏。
4.捆绑绳或捆绑带在拐角处不能和板直接接
触，绑带和产品拐角部位必须垫夹板护
边，并注意掌握捆绑力度，防止产品出现
边角变形。
5.产品装车后，司机应该检查确保车厢两边
保持平衡，不得出现较明显的歪斜现象。
6.雨雪天装车应采取有效的防雨雪措施。

产品保护措施 - PRODUCT PROTECTION MEASURES
一、装车
1.运输过程中应保证尽可能地在坚实平整的
路面上行驶；平稳行驶，切勿猛起步、猛
刹车、猛拐弯；运输途中如遇上坡、下
坡、急弯地段，应减速行驶。
2.长途运输时，应时常检查货物状况，如出
现异常，应及时采取措施纠正，避免出现
意外。
3.应避免板材受压或造成任何机械损伤，并
远离明火。
1.产品存放产地应远离明火且不得与化
学药品接触；宜存放在避光通风处，避
免阳光暴晒，并采取适当的保护措施。
2.产品应在坚实、平整的地面上存放，
底部应用软质垫块铺垫，垫块间距不应
大于1.5米；切记不可采用木质垫块。
3.散装堆放不得高于1.5米，防止暴晒和
雨淋。
4.板垛周围应设置明显标识，以免撞伤
损坏。板垛上不应放置重物、硬物，以
防划伤板面，严禁踩踏。
1.适当的安装和维修对保持板正常的使
用周期和漆面是十分重要的，所有的油
渍、灰尘、指纹或其他的污渍在安装前
必须去除以保证板的使用周期和板的美
观。
2.清洁板面勿用溶解性强的溶剂和易划
伤板面的清洗工具。
二、运输
1.当产品运到，应检查产品的质量、长
度、运输损伤等，如果发生任何损伤请在
接货单上做出标记并请司机签名，并有责
任提供损坏说明。
2.卸车时应在坚实、平整的地面上卸车，
并采用专用的机械进行卸车，与板材直接
接触的工具表面应覆有软垫层，以免损伤
板材。
3.人工卸车、搬运；
1)佩戴保护手套以避免板材表面磨损并保证
安全。
2)轻抬轻放，双手将底部全部托起，不得单
独抬顶部面板，避免将板材撕裂;不得拖
拉，以免磨伤、划伤板面；避免板材的弯
曲，否则会造成板材内部填充材料断裂及
板材表面的变形。
