Consmos metal sandwich panels are a new type of building material, consisting
of two layers of metal sheets closely bonded with an insulating layer in between

匀，闭孔率可达98以上。相对于 PUR冷库板，PIR导热系数更低，保温效果更佳、阻燃性能更好。
PIR cold storage panels are manufactured using advanced fourth generation fully automatic polyurethane sandwich panel continuous production lines and Italian OMS foaming equipment,achieving high-pressure and high-temperature automatic continuous foaming. The entire foaming process is uniform, with a closed cell rate of over 98?ompared to PUR cold storage panels,PIR has a lower thermal conductivity,betterinsulation effect,and better flame retardant performance.

CONSMOS PUR COLD STORAGE INSULATION PANEL
手工冷库板是采用PUR芯材，定制尺寸模具化制作。生产时在模具
内预埋挂钩，挂钩嵌入芯板四周，方便拼接，一般适用于小型或中型
冷库。
Polyurethane PUR manual cold storage panels is use PUR core material and produce by customized mold. During production,hooks areembedded in the mold,and the hooks are embedded around the core board for convenient splicing. It isgenerally suitable for small or medium-sized cold storage.
底板可定制：
镀锌板(0.5-0.8mm) 防滑压花铝板(2.0-3.0mm) 防

手工冷库板是将钢板经过机器折边处理，再由人工安装四周龙骨支架，
注入黑白料，进而发泡压制而成。手工板具有平整度高，承载力强，
安装方便，无需大量订单可自由定制尺寸生产等优点。本公司采用进
口发泡设备，产品性能远高于同行业水平。虽然机制板在速度和规格
上，对比手工板有绝对性的明显优势，成为大项目的首选，但手工板
适用于非标定制，可根据客户需求定制尺寸和厚度，依然是很多小型、
非标型工程项目的首选。
