I重型油压缸结构图Insidestructure
在HOB重型系列液压油缸(缸径D=Φ 5 0 - \phi 1 5 0 \mathsf {mm } 上均可配置内置位移传感器,以实现对液压缸高速、精准的自动控制。位移传感器是利用磁致伸缩的原理进行工作的,当运动的磁铁磁场和传感器内波导管电流脉冲所产出的磁场相交时便产生一个接一个连续不断的应变脉冲,从而感测出活塞的运动位置(或运动速度)。由于传感器元件都是非接触的,连续不断的感测过程不会对传感器造成任何磨损。可用于高温、高震荡和高冲击的工作环境。如客户需要请另行商定。

Y-HG1冶金设备标准液压缸
Y-HG1型冶金设备标准液压缸,为双作用单活塞杆液压缸,缸径从 4 0 ~ 3 2 0 {mm } 共有17种规格,额定压力为16MPa,可带缓冲装置。该系列液压缸有13种安装连接型式,除轴向脚架式外,安装连装尺寸均符合IS06021/1-1981的规定。活塞杆端螺纹亦符合GB2350-80的规定。适用于工作温度为- 3 0 ^ { \circ } C ~ + 8 0 ^ { \circ } C , 工作介质为液压油,乳化液的冶金设备(不适用于磷酸脂)。
