宇林模具公司历史最初成立于2002年位于广东东莞，2017年响应上饶市振兴家乡的号召成立江西宇林实业有限公司，是一家专业生产汽车五金模具的企业，从东莞和各地引进具有10年以上工作经验的技术及管理人员，拥有一支技术精湛的模具专业队伍，广东与江西总人数约600人。自有自建厂房面积达66000平方米，目前固定资产投资超3.8亿元人民币，年产值超过3亿元人民币。

公司在液晶电视五金模具同海信、创维、长虹、TCL、LG、三星等国内外知名液晶电视企业建立了长期友好的合作关系。
公司与奔驰宝马、奥迪、大众、路虎、雷诺、丰田、比亚迪等车企提供汽车零配件模具配套，并直接和国际知名汽车零部件供应商麦格纳、海斯坦普、本特勒、江生自控、塔奥等直接合作。
公司目前拥有先进的模具加工设备及检测设备，自宇林实业创办以来，在全体人员的共同努力的下得以快速发展，现对汽车、液晶电视、电脑、通讯办公、家用电器类五金模具积累了丰富的经验和成熟的技术，制作的模具远销亚洲、欧洲、北美等地区。
2017年将投资重心投入在江西上饶，成立子公司江西宇林实业有限公司，目前固定资产投资3.8亿元，其中2.5亿元用于厂房固定投资建造，1.2亿元用于购买模具制造和冲压生产设备。计划模具产值达1.5亿元，冲压生产产值达2亿元。
2017年成立子公司东莞市蔚莱模具有限公司，目前固定资产投资超2000万元人民币，年产值超过5000万元人民币。
2015年
成立子公司东莞市余记模具有限公司，目前固定资产投资超6000万元人民币年产值超过1.2亿元人民币。2012年
成立子公司东莞市余记科技有限公司，目前固定资产投资超5000万人民币，年产值超1亿元人民币。
