叠成热流道

STACKMOLDHOTRUNNERSYSTEM

叠层式热流道模具是当今塑料模具发展的一项前沿技术。与普通注射模不同的是，它的型腔是分布在2个或多个层面上的，呈重叠式排列，即相当于是将多副模具叠放组合在一起。与常规模具相比，叠层式模具锁模力只提高了5%～10%，但产量可以增加90%\~95%。
