Automated Ebb-Flow Logistics System is water-saving and highly efficient, with a recyclable nutrient solution that allows crops to absorb more nutrients through their roots, resulting in faster growth than traditional seedling cultivation. It prevents water film from forming on the leaf surface, enabling the leaves to receive more light for photosynthesis, while making root-zone temperature easier to regulate and management more convenient. It can be put into use at any time, unrestricted by variety, specification, or season, thereby improving facility utilization.

LS-10精量播种流水线
LS-10 Precision Seeding Line
播种生产线由穴盘放置、穴盘基质填充、基质冲穴、精准播种、蛭石覆盖和喷淋等装置组成，各单元既可以严密配合，也可以独立运行。
LS-10播种机采用电子程序控制，提供了多种播种模式。设备最大播种速度可达600盘/小时，可实现放盘、填土、冲穴、播种、覆土到浇水全过程的自动化播种作业，适合大中型生产者精准播种。
The seeding line is composed of a tray destacker, substrate filler, punching unit, precise seeding, vermiculite covering and watering, etc. Each unit can either work in close coordination or operate independently.
The LS-10 seeder applies electronic program control to provide a variety of seeding modes. The maximum sowing rate can reach 600 trays/hour, which can realize the automatic sowing operation of the whole process of tray placement, substrate filling, punching, seeding, vermiculite covering and watering. It is suitable for large and medium-sized producers.

The line automatically transplants seedlings from small-cell trays to large-cell trays at a speed of 7,000 seedlings per hour.
