02 焊接操作架系列
WELDING OPERATION FRAME SERIES
◎型号根据横臂前端承载重量分为轻型，中型，重型，超重型。
◎结构形式分为：固定式，固定带回转，移动带回转三种组合。
◎横臂和立柱的截面进行科学计算，横臂水平升缩下垂量
2mm/m。
◎横臂的升降装置配有意外防坠落装置，采用棘条棘爪机构，更
安全可靠。
◎横臂，前端配有十字微调节机构，可以在遥控盒上进行操作。
◎导向轮轴为偏心轴，可以方便消除滚轮与导轨之间的间隙。
◎立柱回转分为手动和电动两种形式，回转到位后的紧锁机构也
分为手动和气动两种形式。
◎电气部分包括电控箱和遥控箱两部分组成，并留有与变位机和
滚轮架的控制接口。
◎带底座或车架(根据轨距选择)

to the bearing weight of the front end of the transverse arm.

calculated, and the horizontal rise and fall of the crossarm is 2mm/m.
◎ The lifting device of the cross arm is equipped with an accidental fall
prevention device and adopts a ratchet pawl mechanism, which is safer and
more reliable.
◎ Cross arm, front end is equipped with a cross trimmer mechanism, can
be operated on the remote control box.
◎ The guide wheel shaft is eccentric, which can easily eliminate the gap
between the roller and the guide rail.
◎ Column rotation is divided into manual and electric two forms, and the
locking mechanism after rotation is also divided into manual and pneumatic
two forms.
◎ The electrical part includes two parts of the electric control box and the
remote control box, and has a control interface with the positioner and the
roller frame.

03 焊接滚轮架系列
WELDING ROTATOR SERIES
该滚轮架系列由自调试，可调式，液压式，倾斜式等多种形
式。用于筒体的焊接，抛光及装配等，自调试滚轮架可以根据筒
体直径的大小自行调节，可调式滚轮架可采用丝杆调节和螺钉分
档调节等，采用交流变频器控制，线速度为数字显示，先进可
靠，我们公司还可以根据客户要求定制各种焊接滚轮架。

WELDING POSITIONER SERIES
焊接变位机为焊接法兰及盘状类工件的专用设备，可使工件
实现360°回转或者0-90°/120°翻转，可与操作机、弧焊电源
配套使用，使工件达到理想的焊接位置，回转速度采用变频器无
级调速，运转平稳。结构形式可分为单座倾翻式、头尾式、头尾
升降式、L型回转翻转式等。特殊要求另行设计。
Welding positioner for special welding equipment,flange and disc
type workpiece, the workpiece rotary 360°or0-90°/120°flip, with
operation machine and welding power supporting the use of the
workpiece to achieve the ideal welding position, rotation speed by
frequency converter stepless speed regulation,stable operation. The
structure can be divided into single tilting type, head and tail, head
and taillift type, L type rotary turning type etc.. Special requirements
to be designed separately.

ASSEMBLING-WELDING-STRAIGHTENING MACHINE
PHJ系列H型钢拼焊矫一体机是生产焊接H型钢的一种高效设备，可在同一台机器上同时完成H型钢的精确拼装组立、埋弧焊
焊接、翼缘板焊接变形的矫正。工件成“I”组立焊接，适合于生产焊脚高度在8mm以下的轻型H型钢。该机器占地小，省去了单
台机器生产时各工序间的吊转等环节，效率提高很多，是一款科技含量高、经济实用的生产设备。
PHJ series H-beam welding straightening machine is an efficient equipment for the production of welding H-beam steel. It can complete the precise
assembly, submerged arc welding and deformation correction of flange plate in the same machine. The workpiece is welded into \"I\" group, which is
suitable for the production of light H-shaped steel with welding foot height below 8mm. The machine occupies a small area, saves the lifting and

CUTTING MACHINE SERIES
该切割机是一种高效率的板条切割设备，纵向割炬可根据要
求配置，一次可同时加工多块条板，并配套氧气一乙炔(丙烷)汇流
排，避免了频繁更换气瓶，采用交流变频技术调速控制，运行安
全，可靠。

该组立机其翼板、腹板、夹紧对中、定位、自动点焊等过程均采用日本三菱可编程序控制器及交流变频器控制，从而实现自
动化控制比一般产品效率高出一倍以上。工作稳定可靠，焊枪设有跟踪导弧装置，能够确保点焊质量。
The process of wing plate, web plate, clamping centering, positioning and automatic spot welding are controlled by Mitsubishi programmable
controller and AC inverter, so as to realize automatic control efficiency more than double that of general products. The work is stable and reliable,
