河北欧耐机械模具股份有限公司（原邢台市天洋模具有限公司）成立于1995年。位于河北省平乡高新产业开发区。邢临高速东连京福、京沪高速、京九铁路，西接京珠高速、京广铁路，已形成高速网，本公司距高速入口2.6公里，距天津港350公里，青岛港650公里，进出口港岸、交通十分便利。公司系国家高新技术企业，工厂占地136000平方米，建筑面积70000平方米，六条日产一万支气筒装配线、两条电动充气泵装配线、80台注塑机，高速数控加工中心、数控铣、数控车等设备100余台(套)，拥有一支具备高技能、现代产品设计开发、现代企业管理的人才队伍。

公司产品以气筒为主，主要产品有铝气筒系列、塑料合金气筒系列、无缝钢管气简系列、电动充气泵系列等充气产品，以及自行车零配件、轴承等，并专业制造各类铸造、注塑模具，是一家集产品开发、设计、制造于一体的专业化生产企业。覆盖汽车、机车、船舶、电机、压缩机、阀门、锅炉等众多行业。其“欧耐”牌气筒已生产六年之久，为研制、开发打气筒等系列产品奠定良好基础;并出口到美国、日本、韩国、欧洲等国家和地区，公司于2003年通过ISO9000质量体系认证，完善了质量保证管理体系。

HEBEI HONOR MECHANICAL MOULD INC.(previous Xingtai TIANYANG Co.,Ltd) It was established in 1995.It is located in High-new technical industrial development area Pingxiang Country Hebei Province.Xinglin highway east to Jingfu/Jinghu highway,Jingjiu Railway,west to Jingzhu Highway，Jingguang Railway，It has formed the high speed net.Our company is apart from the Highway entrance 2.6 kilometers,350 kilometers from Tianjin port,65o kilometers from Qingdao port. The traffic is very convenient for the import and export port.Our company isa national high-tech enterprise.Our company occupies the area of 136oo0 square meters with the construction area of 7oooo square meters,6 production line manufactured pump 1oooopcs/day.Two electric air pump assembly line,80sets of injection machine. High speed CNC machine center,numerical control milling machine,NC lathe and 1oOsets of equipment so on.It has a high-tech management troop.

Our major product is pump.The main product hasa series of aluminum/plastic/alloy seamless steel pipe pump etc.As well as the bicycle spare parts/bearing and specialized manufacturing all kinds of casting mould, injection mould.It is the product development the design,the manufacture to integrated enterprise.It covers the automobile, the locomotive, the ships the electrical motor, the compressor,the valve，the boiler and the multitudinous profession．Its“HONOR”brand pump that we have production more than six years. It was based on the good foundation for searching and development. It exports to USA Japan South Korea and Europe.The company has through the ISO9000 quality system authentication in 20o3 and consummated the quality assurance of management system.
