工作原理Workingprinciple

合格的原料水由多级泵增压后进入分支冷凝器，然后进入分离器和蒸发器，液位由液位开关控制。工业蒸汽进入蒸发器将原料水加热到蒸发温度，并在蒸发室和分离室内形成强烈的热循环。原料水汽化后产生夹带水滴的蒸汽进入分离器，水滴在分离器内由于重力的作用将会与蒸汽脱离融入原料水，再加上分离器上部特殊的汽水分离装置，在分离器上部就生成了超纯的纯蒸汽。

目前，智能型CIP就地清洗系统广泛应用于生物发酵、制药等对清洗要求较高的行业，以达到卫生无菌的效果。

本产品为列管式换热器，双管板胀接设计，防止换热器泄露对高洁净物料的污染。广泛应用于制药、化工、食品纺织等行业的液体热量交换。依据工艺要求的不同分为：316L、304材质两种，换热器内外均作抛光处理Ra0.45，内部整体钝化处理，亦可根据工艺要求进行纯蒸汽灭菌。该产品由于密闭性好，适应条件范围广且不易污染。尤其对制药行业的输液、水针、冻干粉和生物制品生产过程中的纯化水、注射用水和药液升、降湿的换热使用。

也可根据用户工艺要求，在本产品的基础上对材质和特殊要求进行设计。可生产1\~200m2规格的换热器。

结构与特点Structuresandfeatures

主要用途Mainuses

通过设置程序(程序可调）由CIP清洗系统自动配制清洗液，经气动控制阀与送液泵、回液泵来完成清洗的输送及回流循环清洗、排放。回收整个清洗过程。通过电导率检测仪及PLC触摸屏组成的控制系统达到了自动在线清洗。

智能型CIP系统为一中央集成系统，包含注射水罐、CIP罐、板式换热器、管道过滤器、送液泵、回液泵、温度控制仪、液位控制仪、电导率检测仪、PLC触摸屏、控制柜及系统管阀件等组成。

板式换热器 plate heat exchanger

板式换热器是采用不同的换向片和不同的组装方法实现的，可分为单流程、多流程和混合流程，应根据工艺要求选择。一般温差大于对数平均温差1.8信的介质，应采用多流程、板间流速的适应值0.3\~0.5m/s、流速太低时，应采用双流程或多流程。

本产品应用于制药、食品、化工等行业的液体热量交换，以及某些应用中的巴氏消毒。规格从3m2-60m2。
