NFLG 2NYK1548 heavy-duty screen, the excitation device adopts double-bearing eccentric block type, the motor drives the
shaft to rotate at high speed, and the eccentric block generates centrifugal force to drive the screen box. The overall screening action produces a nearly circular trajectory, realizing the screening and grading of materials. It is suitable for quarries,
mines, construction waste recycling and other fields. It can realize the effective screening of materials such as
gravel, aggregates, and topsoil, and improve the recycling rate of materials.

The screen box is installed tilted, with large throughput;
circular trajectory vibration. Effectively prevent screen
clogging, avoid downtime for cleaning to ensure the production is smooth. It's capacity can reach up to

According to different screening conditions,

The NT series washing screen of NFLG adopts a three-shaft excitation structure to achieve an elliptical motion trajectory.
The amplitude of the screen box is twice of the traditional circular vibration screen, which can effectively reduce the screen
blockage, increase production. It is significantly superior to ordinary traditional circular vibrating screens in terms of
screening efficiency, overall throughput and other technologies. It is suitable for quarries, mines, and construction waste

The drive end lubrication system
and gear guard are specially

Three-shaft excitation drives three-layer screen
meshes and is able to accurately screen out 4
different specification materials. With large

NYS series washing circular vibrating screen is equipped
with a vibration exciter as standard. By adjusting the number
of counterweights, it can meet the different excitation force

MA series sand attrition cell
The MA series sand attrition cell is developed by NFLG based on actual needs. It is used to clean high-sludge content,
high-viscosity, and difficult-to-clean sand and gravel aggregates. During normal processing,the material slurry
concentration is 40%-70%. High-quality aggregates can be obtained by removing the sludge and oxide layer attached
to the surface. The tank structure and impeller device of this plant are special. Compared with traditional scrubbers of the
same specifications, the scrubbing effect is improved by about 30%, which means the cleaning effect is better.
