风机盘管主要由离心风机，盘管换热器等构成，是中央空调系统的末端装置，它广泛应用于宾馆、饭店、工厂、医院、展览馆、商场以及办公大楼等多房间或大空间工业和民用建筑的空调场合，以满足降温去湿、采暖等要求，为人们创造一个清新、宁静、四季如春的工作和生活环境。

The fan coil is mainly composed of a centrifugal fan and a coil heat exchanger. It is the terminal device of the central air-conditioning system. It is widely usedin hotels, restaurants, factories, hospitals, exhibition halls, shopping malls, office buildings and other multi-room or large-space industries. 安全可靠，寿命长

每台盘管换热器都经过压力检漏；进出水接管（集水头）采用锻黄铜结构，可靠耐用；

全部材料系防火型；电动机采用超低噪声滚动轴承，无需用户加油维修，使用寿命可达35000小时；

电动机细长轴经特殊处理无锈蚀。

效果高，能量足

盘管采用无缝紫铜管串套高效的双翻边铝翅片经机械胀管成一体，结合紧密，传热效率高，冷（热）量充足。

风量大，噪音低

采用超广角蜗壳，钢板制多叶离心风轮，风轮与电动机可有多种优先匹配，以满足风机盘管机组各个规格的需要。

通用性强，重量轻

本风机盘管结构左右进水可现场变换，以便连接水管，本风机盘管空调器单位功率供冷量在行业中领先。

外形美观

暗装钣金件全部采用环保无公害无指纹板制做，外观好，锌层厚，寿命长；

明装盘管外壳全部为静电喷涂、美观大方，卡式盘管面板有塑料面板和铝合金喷塑面板两种。

工艺先进

钣金全自动下料生产线下料误差0.01mm，数控折弯机折弯角度精准，高速翅片生产线，生产效率高，全自动校直切断，弯管设备使铜管长度精准，弯头光滑无皱折，全自动焊接设备使每一个焊接点牢固均匀。

维修保养简便

机组采用单相电容式电机。配以高精度永久润滑封闭优质滚珠轴承、噪音低、寿命长。电机轴经特殊除锈处理、经久耐用。电机引出线全部套以金属软管保护，以免损伤。

完善的品质保障

拥有国家级空调末端检测实验室和生产线在线检测室，使每一台风机盘管质量均达到或超过国家标准。

The concealed sheet metal parts are all made of environmentally friendly, pollution-free and fingerprint-free board, with good appearance, thick zinc layer and long life;

The surface-mounted coil shells are all electrostatic spraying, beautiful and generous, and the cassette coil panel has two types: plastic panel and aluminum alloy sprayed panel.

Advanced technology

The blanking error of the sheet metal automatic blanking production line is 0.01mm, the bending angle of the CNC bending machine is accurate, the high-speed fin production line, the production efficiency is high, the automatic straightening and cutting, the bending equipment makes the copper tube length accurate, and the elbow is smooth. Wrinkles, fully automatic welding equipment makes each welding point firm and even.

Easy maintenance

The unit uses a single-phase capacitor motor. Equipped with high-precision permanent lubrication andenclosedhigh-quality ball bearings, low noise and long life. The motor shaft has undergone special rust removal treatment andis durable. All motor lead wires are protected by metal hoses to avoid damage.

安装、使用说明

Installation and use instructions

立式机组安装在水平面上，保持垂直，不得倾斜；卧式机组，安装时四个吊点一定要保持机组水平，防止凝结水管一端抬高造成凝结水外溢。

进出水管路应装有阀门，以便于调节和检修，并且必须注意进出水管的清洁和保温工作，凝结水塑料管不得压扁，不得有死弯，以保证使用时凝结水畅通。

机组三挡调速开关，开启时应从高档启动，然后进行其他档次的选择，多机共用时，必须单机控制。

机组用电源:单相220V±10%，50Hz交流电机壳应安装安全接地线，若机组启动有困难，务必注意检查电源是否正常，风机与风机蜗壳是否接触，机组安装时必须注意外壳，换热器助片和风机等不要碰坏以免影响美观和性能。

机组夏季供冷水温不得低于7℃，冬季供热水温度不得高于80℃，使用的冷、热水必须考虑各地方水质情况进行软化处理。

机组允许使用压力最大1.6MPa。

过滤器要定期进行清洗。

换热器定期洗涤，保持清洁，确保传热良好。

接通电源后应先开动风机观察其旋转方向是否正确。

机组如果装在暗处，要设有检修门，便于常年维护。

机组在维修时应切断电源。

随着我厂技术水平的不断提高，对产品规格本厂有权更改，若机组的性能参数更改，以随机的技术文件为准，不另行通知。

The vertical unit is installed on a horizontal surface and should be kept vertical and not inclined; for the horizontal unit, the four lifting points must be kept horizontal during installation to prevent the condensate from being raised at one end of the pipe and causing the condensate to overflow.

The inlet and outlet pipes should be equipped with valves to facilitate adjustment and maintenance, and attention must be paid to the cleaning and insulation of the inlet and outlet pipes. The condensed water plastic pipes must not be flattened or have dead bends to ensure that the condensed water flows smoothly during use.

The three-speed speed control switch of the unit should be started from a high level when it is turned on, and then other levels should be selected. When multiple units are shared, it must be controlled by a single unit.

Power supply forthe unit: single-phase 220V ±10%, 50Hz AC motor casing should be installed with a safety groundingwire. If the unit is difficult to start, be sure to check whether the power supply is normal and whether the fan and the fan volute are in contact. Don't damage the heater and fan to avoid affecting the appearance and performance.

The chilled water temperature of the unit in summer shall not be lower than 7C, and the temperature of hot water shall not be higher than 80C in winter. The cold and hot water used must be softened in consideration of the water quality of various places.

The maximum allowable working pressure of the unit is 1.6MPa.

The filter should be cleaned regularly.

The heat exchanger is washed regularly and kept clean to ensure good heat transfer.

After turning on the power, turn on the fan first to observe whether the direction of rotation is correct

If the unit is installed in a dark place, it must be equipped with an inspection door to facilitate year-round maintenance.

The power supply of the unit should be cut off during maintenance.

With the continuous improvement of the technical level of our factory, the factory has the right to change the product specifications.
If the performance parameters of the unit are changed, the random technical document shall prevail without notice.
