直流电子负载 丨Model6310A系列|
6310A系列直流電子負載,負載模塊可使用電壓範圍從0.1VDC到500VDC,電流、功率最大到240A及1200W·6310A主要應用於:多路或單路輸出的AC/DC電源、多路或單路輸出DC/DC轉換器、充電器及電源類電子組件性能的測試,對工程師在設計研發、生產線測試及品保的產品檢測作業上提供了快速及有效的測試選擇。6310A採用的模塊化設計,使用者可將所選睛之不同負載功率的模組放進系統主機框,透過前控制板的鍵盤、RS-232、GPIB或USB接口來控制。
6310A系列另有提供OCP測试、Timing模式與DigitalI/O等功能 0 63110A/63113A/63115ALED仿真負載,可用來測試LED電源驅動器。使用者僅需透過設定LED電源驅動器的輸出電壓、電流及LED的操作點阻抗或傾鳧偏壓即可仿真LED的拉載特性。

LED电源测试专用直流电子负载 Model63110A/63113A/63115A
LED power driver為電流源,因此有一可輸出的電壓範圍及一固定的輸出電流。在LED電源的測試上,一般常使用的方式有下列幾種:
1.使用真實電阻當負載。
2.使用傳統電子負載操作於定電阻(CR)模式或定電壓(CV)模式。
3.使用真實LED串聯當負載。
但是這些測試方式都有其缺點,無法完全適合LED電源的測試需求·由LED的V-I特性曲線中(圖1),可知LED有一顺向偏壓VF及一導通電阻 { ( R _ { d } ) } 。當以真實電阻為負載,其V-I特型是一直線(如圖1藍色R所示),並無法模擬LED的特性。尤其當LED電源開機電壓上升時,電流波形不同,可能會無法開機(圖2)。而傳統電子負載的CR及CV模式,都是以穩態時的LED操作點為設定值,對開關機或PWM調光動態的特性,無法模擬,也可能導致LED電源產生不正常的動作或保護。而若以LED來當負載,雖能完全測試LED電源。但卻有LED老化問題,及LED電源不同的輸出電壓測試上,需串聯不同顆數的LED,如此將會造成測試上與生產上的不便。
致茂6310A系列電子負載中的63110A獨創一種全新的LED操作模式,可用於模擬LED·使用者僅需透過設定LED電源的輸出電壓、電流,即可模擬LED的拉載特性·還可設定LED的操作點阻抗及高頻阻抗,讓拉載電流及高頻連波與更趨近於實際的LED·對於PWM調光(Dimming)測試,63110A的全新設計中,亦增加了頻寬,讓使用者亦可透過電子負載完成動態調光測試。
圖3是以LED為負載在調光時的電流波形·圖4是以63110A為負載在調光時的電流波形。不同顆數的LED燈,會有不同的V與Rd,如圖5所示。而在相同的Vo與I情況下,因不同LED的特性,會有不同的VF與Rd,如圖6所示。

大功率直流电子负载 |Model63200A系列|
63200A系列大功率直流電子負載,主要是供伺服器電源、A/D電源供應器、功率電子元件、車用電池、車用直流充電椿及一些電力電子元件等產品測試使用。
63200A系列為150V、600V、1200V,三種電壓範圍,功率範圍由4kW至24kW、單一台的最大電流可達2000A;透過並聯,最大功率更可達240kW·大功率的電子負載主要可應用於測試車用充電椿與車用電池的放電。
全系列的型號,皆搭配獨特的使用者自訂波形(UDW)與外部訊號控制功能,可模擬真實的電流波形;主/從控制的能力,能讓相同電壓規格的63200A系列電子負載進行並聯使用,並且可達到同步動態的功能:自動變頻動態掃瞄功能(亦即不同頻率的負載模擬)以滿足電源測試的需求。
在量測方面,63200A系列亦提供業界最精準的量測功能,即時且精準的電壓、電流量測,每個型號都具有三個檔位;此外,透過前面板的VFD顯示器及旋,即可在63200A系列電子負載上做簡易的操作與設定,更能透過Ethernet、USB和GPIB等介面進行遠端有線或無線的控制·内建的PWM風扇轉速控制可減少風扇所造成的噪音。

63600系列直流電子負載,主要是供A/D電源供應器、D/D轉换器、充電器、電池、適配器(adapter)及一些電力電子組件等產品測試使用,另外,對於研發部門、產品量產及一些進料檢驗的應用等,63600系列都能展現其優異的性能。63600系列運用DSP的新技術開發了首創的定阻抗(CZ)操作模式,此模式可仿真非線性負載的實際拉載狀況·63600系列可在低電壓(0.4V)下拉載其額定電流·此特性於Point-of-Load的D/D測試及燃料電池的測試上,仍保有其最佳的拉載能力。
63600系列可透過可調整的拉載電流准位、電流爬昇率/下降率、持續時間和Von點電壓等功能來仿真廣泛的動態負載應用。63600系列也有自動變頻動態掃瞄功能(亦即不同頻率的負載仿真)以滿足ATX電源供應器的需求。再者,亦提供了100組的儲存功能,並可隨時呼叫使用者所儲存的設定值。在自動化的測試上,此儲存、呼叫的功能可縮短測試時間。
63600系列整合了實時精准的電壓、電流量測功能,每個模塊都具有三個檔位、分辨率高達16位。使用者可於在線做實時的電壓量測和調整,也可使用前面板上的按鍵進行短路仿真測試。透過前面板的VFD顯示器及旋鈕,即可在63600系列電子負載上做簡易的操作與設定,更能透過Ethernet、USB和GPIB等接口進行遠程控制。
63600系列也包含了例行性自我詐斷功能及過功率、過電流、過溫度的保護,此外還提供了過電壓正負極反接的告警,此全方位的保護功能,更能確保63600系列的質量與可靠度。

63800系列交/直流電子負載,主要是給不間斷電源(UPS)、離線型逆變器(Off-Grid Inverters)、車用型逆變器、交流電源以及其它的電力組件如開關、斷路器、保險絲和連接器等產品測試使用。
63800系列可仿真於高峰值因素下的負載情況,甚至當電壓波形失真時,能實時補償功率因素。此特性使得仿真負載的能力更加真實,亦能防止電壓過應力發生,因此可獲得更可靠及更公正的測試結果。63800系列運用DSP的技術開發了獨一無二的RLC操作模式,用來仿真非線性整流負載。另外還可藉由偵測待測物的阻抗來提昇穩定度,並能動態調整頻寬,以確保系統穩定度。63800系列具有獨特的時間量測功能,讓使用者可量測一些關鍵性的時間參數,如電池放電時間、保險絲熔斷時間、斷路器跳脫時間以及UPS轉換時間等測試。
在量測方面,63800系列可提供使用者廣泛的監控待測物的輸出效能。此外,電壓、電流可透過内建的仿真輸出信號,經BNC纜線傳送至示波器進行監測·而GPIB與RS232接口更提供系統整合所需的遠程控制及監控功能。
63800系列具有風扇速度控制的功能,隨拉載功率來調整風速,讓使用時能盡量保持低噪音·另外還具有自我詐斷功能,確保例行的開機時維持正常的狀態。保護告警功能則包含過功率、過電流、過電壓及過溫度等保護。

交流电源供应器 Model61600系列
61600系列交流電源供應器,提供了一個純凈、儀器等級高且花費非常低即可擁有的交流電源,輸出的電壓範圍從0到300V,頻率範圍從15到1.5kHz。可設波形開關機角度,供測試浪涌電流及輸出維持時間。還可設定電壓及頻率的變動率,用來掃描待測物電源輸入規格範圍。另有附操作軟件,可編程長時間燒機電源變化或ON/OFF循環測試,還可紀錄下燒機過程中輸入電源量測參數的變化,儲存在檔案中供分析。它適合於一般商業產品、航空電子領域、軍事上測試的運用、從實驗桌上測試到大量生產單位皆可使用。
61600系列交流電源供應器,可產生干凈的正弦波電壓,滿載的輸出交流失真度小於0.3%(50/60Hz,線性負載)。内建功率因素改善線路(PFC),使得它產生更高的效率和輸出更大的功率·本系列產品使用脈波寬度調變(PWM)技術,使得本系列交流電源供應器擁有提供6倍峰值電流的能力,使得61600系列成為量測浪涌電流的最佳測試儀器。
61600系列交流電源供應器使用最先進的數位訊號處理(DSP)技術,可以提供精確且快速的電力參數量測,如電壓均方根值(Vrms),電流均方根值(Irms),實功(Ture Power),頻率(Hz),功率因素(PF)及電流波峰(CF)量測·本產品額外地增加了直流(DC)和交流+直流(AC+DC)兩種輸出模式可供應用,如此一來就可增加更多樣的電壓輸出功能·同時也提供了一個可輸入外部類比信號端口可從任意波形產生器產生信號後去放大它。經由此就可以仿真出在實地所觀察到獨一無二的波形。另外它還提供了一個多功能的前操作面板,包含了LCD顯示屏按鍵和旋,使用者也可經由計算機GPIB,RS232,或A/D(數位轉類比)接口做遙控控制。
61600系列本身具有每次開機時,均會做自我詐斷測試,而且具備有完善的保護功能,包括有:過功率(OP),過電流(OC),過電壓(OV)和過溫度(OT)保護,保證其質量與可信賴度,提供給要求嚴苛的工程師們測試和自動測試系統的應用。

交流电源供应器 Model61700系列
61700系列可編程交流電源供應器,可輸出純凈的三相交流電源。使用者可以任意設定輸出電壓、頻率,並量測輸出的各項特性,顯示在LCD屏幕上。它為研發及品保人員提供了很好的電源仿真工具,來對產品做各種狀況的測試。也可適用在生產在線,做量產時的自動測試設備。
61700系列相電壓最高可至300VAC,每相可分別設定不同電壓,甚至做欠相輸出·而且每相之間的相角也可設定,範圍0\~360°,這些功能可以用來仿真三相不平衡的狀況·因為61700系列輸出頻率範圍可由15Hz到1200Hz,它可使用在軍事、航空、船舶等的系統或零件測試。本系列產品也可仿真電壓的瞬降、瞬斷、涌浪等狀況,也可產生失真的波形供測試,包含了内建30組波形和箱制正弦波,可配合計算機圖形化控制接口Softpanel,更簡易操作使用。
61700系列内部功率轉換應用高頻切換式原理,並採用PWM控制方法,所以不但效率高,還可以輸出非常干凈,電壓失真度小於0.3%的正弦波。輸入端採用了功率因素改善線路(PFC),不僅提高電力使用率,還確保不污染輸入電源。内部使用DSP的CPU做控制器,也用它做輸出電壓、電流、功率、功率因素、波峰因素等的量測·使用者可以在前面板用按鍵及旋鈕做各種設定,並在LCD屏幕上看到設定及量測結果。在後背板有TTL信號可用於系統控制,還可使用計算機透過GPIB或RS-232界面做控制,整合到系統的儀器設備上。
61700系列本身具有每次開機時,均會做自我訟斷測試和具備有完善的保護功能,包括有:過功率(OP),過電流(OC),過電壓(OV)和過溫度(OT)保護,保證其質量與可信賴度,提供給要求嚴苛的工程師們測試和自動測試系統的應用。

目前市場對替代能源的需求正在穩定增長中,因此對於並網型分散式電源的配置、例如太陽能發電和風力發電設備已訂出特定規範和測試標準(例如:IEEE1547/IEC61000-3-15/IEC62116)·對此個設備製造商必須依照規範來進行測試以證明設備符合標準。
Chroma 61800系列回收式電網模擬電源可提供這方面的解决方案,其全四相限、能源回收以及電壓波形編輯功能可符合上述法規和測試標準要求。使用者可依測試需求更改相關的參數,以模擬EUT所需的電網狀態測試條件,其中包括電壓、頻率、相位變動,其他項自包括三相電壓跌落以及三相電壓不平衡狀態也是輕而易舉的·最重要的是,61800系列的能源回收功能提供了一個有效的節省能源的解決方案,例如:當EUT在測試中所產生的能量可以完全經由61800回饋到電網,而不是在測試過程能量以熱能消耗。
除了分散式電源測試應用外,61800系列回收式電網模擬電源還可符合應用於智能電網和電動汽車相關的測試應用,例如:電動車對電網測試(V2G)、能源儲存系統測試(ESS)。61800系列回收式電網模擬電源不僅限於產品開發RD階段使用,也可應用於產品品質驗證和生產階段。
61800系列機種使用全數位式控制技術,可在最大相電壓300V及30Hz到100Hz頻率的輸出範圍下,提供最大功率。所有型號都可輸出非常純淨的正弦波,可在50Hz/60Hz滿載輸出下低於0.5%總諧波失真率。不僅可輸出純交流電壓,還有AC+DC輸出模式來擴大應用,測試直流偏壓成份·另外能提供方均根電流的3倍峰值連續最大輸出,適用於做待測物的輸入湧浪電流測試。
61800系列能提供精密的測量功能,例如RMS電壓、RMS電流、實功率、功率因素、電流波峰因素等。應用先進的DSP技術,61800系列機種還可測量THD和40階的電流諧波成份。並且可應用LIST、PULSE和STEP功能,很容易的來模擬交流電源擾動(PLD)的測试·也可以用SYNTHESIS(合成)功能來編輯不同的諧波分量,再組成使用者需求的失真波形。
61800系列機種提供前面板的LCD顯示器和鍵盤,讓使用者容易手動操作,或是可透過標準配備的介面GPIB、RS-232、USB及乙太網路接口來進行電腦的數位控制·Chroma也提供儀器的控制驅動器,配合在LabVIEW軟體下,來做控制系統的程式整合使用。

6500系列可编程交流電源供應器提供電力電子工程師進行仿真各種交流電源狀態、電源波形失真並進行電力特性之量測與分析·本產品提供了正催有效的測試方案去仿真各種正常或異常的電源現象,同時加以量測分析,為一整合性電源測試分析設備,充分適應於研發特性分析、生產測試、品保檢驗或自動化系統整合運用。
本系列產品提供電壓0-300V及頻率15-2000Hz的可程序化設定能力,應用範圈相當廣泛,除可支應一般商業(47-63Hz)用途外,也可用於航空太空或軍事應用(400Hz),其低頻輸出特性亦可應用於低頻啟動之馬達或空調壓縮機之測試。輸出非常純正的正弦波形,一般可維持在0.5%以下的失真率。
為因應工程師在仿真異常電源的需求下,本系列產品内建直接數位頻率合成(DDS)之波形產生器,使其具備極富弹性之波形仿真功能·例如可設定一些失真波形來測試待測物,像可設定箱制正弦波從0%到43%的失真率或0%到100%的振幅。工程師可直接透過面板按键實時設定所需電源波形,並可利用大型液晶平面顯示器進行波形預覽或輸出後之電流波形監控,可仿真諸如正弦波、方波及截幅正弦波形,亦可仿真電源瞬斷、突波、相位角度、電壓及頻率之緩昇降等特性·除此之外,本系列產品内建30組諧波波形數據庫,提供工程師進行電力電子產品於諧波電源環境下之適應性測試。

66200系列數位式功率可應用於量測單相及多相交流或交/直流電源的功率及其他電壓電流參數,適用於大部份的電機電器產品·不同於一般傳統用類比線路的方式,66200系列使用了類比轉數位化16bits的高解析度,最高250kHz的取樣頻率,及高速的數位訊號處理(DSP)技術·比起其他廠牌同等級的功率,它能提供更多功能,及能更快速量測出穩定及精確的數值。66200列有四個顯示視窗,同時提供不同參數讀取·每個視窗的七段顯示器提供5digits的量測解析度·另外有USB或GPIB介面供使用者選配,做數位控制及系統整合。
66200系列數位式功率可符合ENERGYSTAR/IEC62301/ErP ecodesign/EN50564/SPECPower能耗產品生態化設計要求的量測需求·5mA的電流量測檔位(66203/66204),0.1mW的功率解析度及小於2%的不確定誤差,適用於無負載模式(No-Loadmode)的功率量測·另外,除了提供傳統的平均算術法外,還能用能量累積法(Accumulated Energy Approach Method)來計算功率·這樣就能精準的量測出負載變動,或者操作在非線性模式(例如HiccupMode)的產品功率,66202並提供總諧波失真度(THD)的量測功能,甚至可設定失真度的量測階數,所以可以很容易的達到ENERGYSTAR中規定失真度到13階的要求·66200系列也提供了参數檢測GO/NG的功能,讓使用者設定Pass/FaII的限制值,可在量測過程中自動判別,發出通知。
66201機種適用於低功率(最大電流4安培)量測,簡單功能的設計·例如可用於交流電源轉換器、電池充電器、LCD監視器等類似產品·量測參數包括電壓(Vrms、Vpeak+Vpeak-),電流(Irmslpeak+\`lpeak-),功率(Watts Power Factor\`Apparent Power VA\`Reactive Power VAR),電流波峰因素(CurrentCrest Factor)和頻率·具有經濟的價格,適用於一般桌上儀器或生產線的測試使用。
66202機種内部含有兩組量測電流的分流器,各適用於大電流及小電流,所以都能得到精確的量測數值。除了66201可量測的參數外,還提供湧浪電流(Inrush Current)、總諧波失真度(THD)和能量(Energy)的量测·具有如此多樣的功能,非常適用於研發或品保單位的檢测。

66203/66204的量測通道可分別進行獨立量測,因此適合應用於待測物的多點量測。例如:可以使用66204的4通道分別量測太陽能逆變器的輸入及三相輸出交流參數值部份·另外,66203/66203也支援功率效能計算功能。使用者可以應用此功能計算出待測物的整體效能,針對太陽能逆變器輸入端1000Vdc高壓量測部份可搭配HV功能及選配治具使用。
同時,也可使用3P3W三相三線式所支援的兩瓦特計量測方式對於三相交流電源待測物進行功率量测,例如:電源供應器功率量测應用。以及使用内建功率效能計算功能計算出電源供應器的整體效能。

62000P是高準確度可程控直流電源供應器的新標準,專門設計於自動化測試D2D轉換器和其它類似產品使用·62000P系列包含12個不同的機型,從600W到5000W以及0-120A到0-600V·由於單一儀器可提供的定功率操作範圍包含高電壓/低電流和低電壓/高電流,因此可減少一般ATE應用所需的直流電源供應器數量。

可程控直流电源供应器 Model62000H系列
Chroma 62000H系列可程控直流電源供應器,提供許多獨特功能供電信、自動測試系統整合、工業、電池充電及仿真、混合動力汽車與太陽能面板仿真使用·這些功能包括3U中的15KW高功率密度、精准的輸出電流和電壓量測、輸出觸發信號,以及可仿真複雜的DC瞬時波形,以便測試設備的瞬斷、壓降與其它電壓間偏差的能力。
62000H系列功率範圍從5KW到15KW,具有電流範圍可達375A及電壓範圍可達1000V·62000H可簡易並聯10台儀器,可均流150KW供大功率應用,例如,450V/150A/67.5KW的電池組仿真供電動汽車與國防工業使用。
前面板上有100種使用者可程控輸入狀態,供自動測試應用與生命周期ON/OFF測試使用。此外,62000H具備16bit高分辨率的數位控制和可視性佳的真空熒光屏顯示功能。
62000H系列直流電源供應器操作非常簡單,可由前面板按鍵或遠程控制器經由標準的USB/RS232/RS485/APG接口與選購的GPIB&Ethernet接口進行控制·其具有3U精巧尺寸,可毫無胭難的以標準機架架設於機台上。
62000H系列電源供應器另一個獨特的功能為可建立複雜的DC瞬時波形·此功能可對設備進行電壓漏失、瞬斷和其它電壓變化等測試,是用於航空設備測試、太陽能逆變器測試和其它會產生電壓中斷之設備測試的理想選擇·其應用的範圍包括DC/DC轉換器和逆變器、壓降測試、引擎啟動仿真、電池自動充電、電子產品生命周期測試等等。
主/从并联及串联操作模式可达150KW
當需要高功率時,一般以並聯或串連方式連接二台或多台電源供應器。62000H系列電源供應器具有主/從控制模式,使串連/並聯操作模式快速又簡易。在此模式中,主單機設定數值並下載資料到從屬單機,因此編程是簡單的且會自動均流使用。
