铝蜂窝门芯的优势

金枪鱼生态门产品在质量上有其独特的优势，主要体现在硬件结构和用材上的选择。在结构用材上，门套和门边采用高科技铝镁钛合金材料，表面采用阳极氧化处理，具备了一定的硬度，从而在耐磨、耐压，防变形和防褪色方面保证质量；生态门的内部门芯则采用的是铝蜂窝，铝蜂窝门芯的采用对整个门的作用及其显著，其优势表现为：

\star 金枪鱼生态门芯采用了飞机使用的铝蜂窝材料。它是由多层铝箔粘合，叠压，然后拉伸展开成规则的正六边形蜂窝芯子。铝蜂窝芯具有尖锐、清晰的孔壁，没有毛刺，适合高质量的芯对面材的粘接，使门芯和门面的接合更完美。

\star 铝蜂窝是金属制造，易于回收利用，属于绿色环保产品。

\star 铝蜂窝门芯层为六边形铝蜂窝结构，相互牵制的密集蜂窝有如许多小工字梁，可分散承担来自面板方向的压力，使门板受力均匀，保证了面板在较大面秋时仍能保持很高的平整度和强度，重量轻，强度高，刚性和抗撕裂性能好。

\star 铝蜂窝门芯减弱了门板的热膨胀性，芯材采用铝蜂窝叠块连接，使整个门板的抗压能力增强，保证门板不变形的同时又增加了整个门的抗冲击强度。

\star 铝蜂窝因其物理结构的原因，铝蜂窝减少了热传递，降低了采暖能耗；同时减少了声音的传导，使门的隔音效果更佳显著。
