本蝶阀采用与阀体相同材料加工成密封圈,采用电动或气动传动。其适用温度随阀体选材料而定,公称压力≤0.6MPa,一般适用于工业、冶金、环保等管道作通风调节介质流量之用。其主要特点为:1、设计新颖、合理、结构独特,重量轻,启用迅速。2、力矩小,操作方便,省力灵巧。3、采用适应的材料以满足低、中、高不同介质温度其及腐蚀介质等。

用途Use
蓄能罐式液控缓闭止回蝶阀是我厂在消化吸收欧美液控阀门最并报基础上研制而成的新型产品。目前,该阀是我国最新一代液控蝶阀,它兼有闸阀和止回阀的功能,是一种能按预先调定好的程序,分两阶段快关和缓闭的动作来消除水锤对管网破坏的理想控制设备。

特点Feature
本阀的显著特点是:用替能罐取代了目前国内几家阀门厂生产的重锤,将重锤势能变为流体蓄能,不仅节省了长期运行支承重锤所耗的能量,改善了液压系统的保压性能,避免了运行时维护人员的人身伤亡亭故和精神上的不安全感或恐惧感,而控制机构构思新颖,设计合理,体积小重量轻,结构简单,功能齐全,动作灵活可靠,外形美观、节能节材,维修方便,且维修时不需停止水泵工作等。
本阀具有较完善的液压系统和电气控制系统,可手动油泵即可关闭阀门。阀门可以全开、全闭,也可半开、半闭,运用十分方便。
本阀液压站和电气控制箱可以装在阀体上,也可以与阀体分离就近安装,阀体可以水平布局,也可视现场条件选择。

工作原理Workingprinciple
1、常规工作
(1)阀门开启:启动电机带动油泵运转,液压油经滤网、油泵、单向阀、手动截止阀进入蓄能罐至额定压力后停止。电磁阀通电,蓄能罐内的压力油经高压胶管进入摆动油缸(以下简称油缸)的尾端,推动活塞杆伸出,带动与之相连的连杆和阀轴,使蝶板旋转开启,液压油从油缸的前部排出,经调整阀,电磁换向阀流回油箱,实现可调的无级匀速开阀。随之,蓄能罐充压力油至额定压力后油泵停止(参见液压原理图)。
(2)阀门关闭:切断电磁阀电源(或反作用型即电磁阀通电),蓄能罐内的压力油进入油缸的前部,推动活塞杆退回,液压油从油缸尾端的快慢开角度调节杆,快关调速阀,慢关调速阀流回油箱,按预先调定的3个控制程序实现关阀。
(3)任意位置停止:蝶阀在开启或关闭过程中,切断油缸的回油,蝶板即停止在任意位置(此功能不能调节流量使用)。
2、电动油泵直接供压力油开、关蝶阀:切断蓄能罐内的压力油、关闭手动形式上阀J1、J2(参见液压原理图)。启动电机、油泵的压J油分别进入油缸的后端或前部即可实现匀速开、闭蝶阀。
3、摇动手动油泵开、关蝶阀:(切断菩能罐内的压力油和关掉电动油泵)电磁阀得电或失电,摇动手动油泵即可实现开、关蝶阀。4、蓄能罐补压力油:一般清况下,蓄能罐内的油压为额定值(上限值),当液压系统在长时间的工作状态下,由千有极微量泄漏使油压降至额定值(下限值)(仍高千工作油压值)时,压力控制器动作,启动油泵电机进行补压力油。油泵启动间隔时间为:阀门通径DN至900大于300小时,DN>1000大于500小时。
5、蝶阀、水泵联锁保护:当电磁换向阀出现故障(换向失控)或误操作时,联锁装置即发出跳闸信号,使水泵停止运转。

结构特点及用途 Structuralcharacteristicsanduses
1、操作省力:球体由上下轴承支撑,减少摩擦,消除了由于进口压力推动球体与密封座形成的巨大密封负荷而造成过大的扭矩。

2、密封性能可靠(见图1):PTFE弹性材料密封圈嵌干不锈钢阀座内,金属阀座尾端没有弹簧,保证密封圈足够的预紧力,阀门在使用过程中密封面摩擦损时,在弹簧作用下阀门继续保证良好密封性能。

3、防火结构(见图2):为防止由于骤热或火灾的出现,使聚四氪乙烯密封圈烧毁,发生较大泄漏,而助长火势,在球体与阀座间设置防火密封环,在密封圈烧毁时,在弹簧力作用下,将阀座密封环迅速推向球体上,形成金属与金属密封,起到一定程度的密封效果。耐火试验符合API6FA和API607标准要求。

4、自动泄压功能(见图3):当阀门中腔停滞的介质压力异常升高超过弹簧的预紧力时,阀座后退脱离球体,达到自动泄压的效果,卸压后阀座自动复位。

5、排泄管路:阀体上下均设置排泄孔,可检查阀座是否发生泄漏,在工作中,阀门处于全开或全关时,卸掉中腔压力,可直接更换填料;可以排放中腔滞留物,减少介质对阀门的污染。辅助密封设置系统(客户需要请在订购时说明)

6、见图4:本阀门设计有辅助的阀座紧急密封系统,一旦密封受损或出现紧急情况而不能密封时,通过辅助密封系统向密封面注射相应的密封剂即可修复密封面,达到紧急密封。当输送的介质不洁或含有少量颗粒时,为保护密封面,确保达到可靠的密封,还可给这一装置注射相应的清洗剂或润滑剂对密封面进行清洗。

结构特点及用途Structuralcharacteristicsanduses
1、压力损失小:全开时水损为零,流道完全畅通,且介质不会沉积阀体中腔内。
2、耐颗料磨损:V形开口的球冠与金属阀座之间具有剪切作用,在关闭过程中,只在最后一 刻球冠才靠向阀座,不形成摩擦,且阀座用耐磨的镖合金制成,不易被冲刷磨损,因而适用 于含纤维、微小固体颗粒、浆等。
3、适合高流速介质:直通流道,坚固的偏心曲轴使之适合高流速且无振动。
4、寿命长:无易损部件,由干偏心作用,阀门启闭时密封面间无摩擦,则使用寿命长。 5、维修方便:阀门维修时不需从管路上拆下,只要打开阀盖即可进行维修。
6、广泛适用于水、污水、含微固体颗粒、水、蒸汽、煤气、天然气、油品等。

凯斯特安全阀是承压设备、容器和管线上的最佳超压保护装置,当介质压力升高超过充许值时,安全阀自动开启,继而全量排放,防止压力继续升高,当压力降低至规定值时,安全阀及时自动关闭,保证设备和管路的安全运行。
封闭式安全阀的阀盖是封闭的,利于防止灰尘和杂物侵入,防止有毒和易燃介质溢出,开放式安全阀由于阀盖是开,利于降低弹簧腔室的温度,主要用于蒸汽介质管道及容器,带散热器安全阀主要适用于介质温度超过3 1 5 0 ^ { \circ } C的工况。

用途:
本阀门适用于工作温度 < 3 5 0 ^ { \circ } C的蒸汽、空气等介质的设备和管路上。当设备和管路内压力超过允许值时,阀门自动开启,继而全量排放,当压力降低到规定值时,阀门自动关闭,保证设备和管路的安全运行。
说明:
该阀门是在一个Y型接头上装设两个同样型号规格的安全阀,其公称通径是指Y型接头进口通径,组合情况如下:主要部件材料说明:A38Y、A43H、A37H型安全阀除三通材料为WCB外,其余零件的材料均和A47H、A48Y型弹簧式安全阀相同。
