Langham Service offers one centralized service (24 hours) for all guest requests, except those relating specifically to restaurants, bars and Chuan Spa.

Ningbo Lishe Airport is approximately 30 minutes by taxi from the hotel (depending upon traffic). For international flights, we recommend you allow at least three hours for check-in, immigration and customs formalities. For domestic flights, we recommend you allow two hours for formalities.

The restaurant consists of a separate wine room with an extensive list of excellent quality wines. 1.Hotel staff on the guest floors may be identified by their uniforms and name badges. If you are in doubt of the identity of anyone trying to gain access to your room, please alert Langham Service.

It is extremely unlikely that you will be involved in a fire emergency while staying at Langham Place, Ningbo Culture Plaza.Our hotel meets strict fire code requirements and regulations and we have taken every precaution for our guests. Your room and the floor corridors have smoke detectors and a sprinkler system. Each floor has emergency exits and these are indicated on the emergency floor plan on the back of your room door.

IN CASE OF FIRE 如遇火警

1.Do NOT panic. Remain calm. 请保持镇静。

2.Put out any small fires immediately. 及时扑灭小火。

3.Report the fire by pressing the “Emergency" button. 如遇火警，请按电话的“紧急”键。

4.Turn off the air-conditioning. Take your room key and passport, but do not attempt to take other personal possessions with you as timing is critical for your evacuation and safety. 关闭空调并带上您的门卡和护照，请勿尝试携带更多私人物品。

5.Feel the door handle of any doors. Do NOT open it if the door handle is HOT as it indicates a fire hazard is present on the other side. If it is cool, open it slowly. IF YOU CAN NOT LEAVE THE ROOM 如果您暂时无法离开房间

1.Call Langham Service to notify them of your location.请通知服务中心您的方位。

2.Turn off the air conditioning/heating to prevent smoke from being forced into the room. 关闭空调以防止烟雾涌入室内。

3.Wet sheets, towel or clothing and use them to cover all gaps around doors and vents. 打湿床单、毛巾和衣物，并用以堵住所有门缝和通风口。

Please be advised that all collect telephone calls, including those using calling cards such as MCI, Sprint or AT&T, will incur charges, even for 1-800 calls.
