阁楼式货架

MEZZANINERACK

阁楼式货架广泛应用于库房较高、货物较小、人工存取、储存量较大的情况下，可充分利用空间，节约库房面积。根据实际场地和具体要求，可设计成单层或多层阁楼，一般分为2-3层。特别适用于汽配、电子器件等企业系列产品的分类保存，中型承载100-300kg/层，重型承载300-1000kg/层。货物至二楼或三楼的运输方式通常有：人工、升降平台、提升机、输送带、叉车等。

·模具货架主要由立柱片、抽屉层、拉杆、自锁装置等组成使用于存放各种模具，一般成排使用，顶部可以配置手拉葫芦鸡水平移动小车可以方便模具的起吊，抽屉层可以移出2/3。抽屉层主要由滑轨、层板组成，层板由于受力框架和钢板组成。每条滑轨由两个轴承前后上下固定，可以在导向槽内随意滚动，阻力小，可以单手轻松拉出抽屉，降低了劳动强度。自锁装置由定位弹簧及销轴组成，保证了抽屉就位后不能在动，而在行程范围内不影响抽屉运作。
