WQQG重型切割污水泵系列（功率3kw-45kw），是专为应对最复杂最严苛的污水处理工况而设计。

全系水泵均适用最新研发的切割叶轮，可高效防堵塞、减少售后维护、大幅降低能耗成本。本系列安装尺寸与国际品牌一致，可实现不更换耦合底座进行快速换泵。

本系列适合如市政污水处理厂，污水提升泵站，工业污水提升排放，农业灌溉、养殖场污水处理等含纤维、固体杂物多的复杂恶劣污水工况。

WQQG (Power:3kW-45kW) is specially designed for the most complex anddemandingwastewater treatment conditions.

All pumps in the series are equipped with the newly developed high hardness chopper impeller,which effectively prevents clogging，reduces after-sales maintenance，and features long times service life.This series features installation dimensions identical to international brands,enabling quick pump replacement without replacing the coupling base.

It is suited for harsh sewage conditions containing high levelsof fibers and big solid impurities,such as municipal wastewater treatment plants,sewage lifting pump stations, industrial sewage lifting and discharge,agricultural irrigation, and farmwastewater treatment.

The impeller features a semi-open,double-vane structure with a cutting edge at the axial end.Impeller works togetherwith the fixed chopper plate on the pump casing to form a scissor-like cutting structure.The impeller rotates inside the chopper plate,effectively cutting solid and ensuring smooth passage capacity for long-fiber materials.

A front wear plate is installed in the pump chamber to effectively reduce the peripheral speed of long-fiber materials.Thewearplate features self-cleaning relief grooves that work together with the impeller to release solids along the leading edge.

泵体出口部分上端可加工出安装导爪的连接台面，出口法兰也可以按标准法兰进行钻孔，这样可以实现水泵使用现场在不停水的情况下轻而易举地完成更新改造；

The upper end of the pump outlet can be machined to provide a mounting platform for the guide bar bracket.The outlet flange can also be drilled to standard flange dimensions, enabling quick and easy pump retrofit without the need for sump dewatering.
