联益康研发团队拥有十多名资深研发工程师，在连接器结构设计，塑胶模具设计，冲压模具设计及生产工艺设计等环节发挥各自的特长；联益康不但能独立开发各种型号的连接器，更可以从连接器设计→塑胶/五金模具制作→组装治具制作→连接生产检测等全过程为客户提供完整的服务。
近十年来，联益康为客户开发了100多个规格的连接器。

联益康生产部门设有注塑成型车间、车床加工车间、精密五金冲压车间及自动化装配车间，能独立完成从连接器零件生产到连接器组装与检测全过程，完整的产业链配合不但可以缩短交付速度，更能以规模效应提升生产效率，为客户提供有竞争力高品质连接器产品。

联益康精密五金冲压车间设有不同吨位冲床，能独立设计模具、制造各种高难度、高质量五金冲压件。
车床车间配有数控车床，自动车床及各种复合加工设备，每一台车床均配备有自动上料系统，整个车间只需配置少量操作人员，从而有效的控制生产成本；技术人员根据零件的不同结构及批量选用不同的加工设备，不但可以保证品质，更可以大幅的提升加工效率。

联益康装配车间分为自动化组装生产线及搭配人工作业的半自动化生产线，既满足大批量订单的高效生产与交付，同时也兼顾小批量订单之生产。
CCD VISUAL INSPECTION CCD视觉检测
TheassemblyworkshopisequippedwithCCDvisualinspectionequipmentandelectricaltestingequipment.Onlyafter100% inspection,the passed products could be proceeded to packing process.
装配车间配有CCD视觉检测设备及连接器电气测试设备，连接器产品100%检验后才能进入包装交付过程，更有效的保证产品品质。

AllLeyconnconnectorsaredesigned,manufacturedand tested incompliancewith thestandardsof intemational safety testing institutions.According tothecharacteristicsofconnectors,thereareelectrical Lab,mechanicalperformance Laband chemical propertiesLab.Testing of connectorsand raw materials canbecompleted ininside Lab; Moreover,theconnectorproducts have been testedand certiedby UL， VDE,CE etc.from the third parties.
联益康全系列连接器从设计，制造到检验过程均以国际安全测试机构的要求为标准，根据连接器的特性要求设有电气实验室，机械性能实验室，化学特性实验室；公司内部便可以完成连接器及材料的检测工作；且连接器产品分别获得UL，VDE及CE等第三方机构的检测与认证。
