Our Stainless Steel Processing Equipment
We produce our stainless steel products using a complete in-house fabrication line. The following key equipment ensures high precision, consistent quality, and efficient production.
1. Stainless Steel Tube Cutting Machine Function: Precisely cuts stainless steel round tubes and square tubes. Benefit: Clean cut surface, high efficiency, accurate dimension, minimal material loss.
2. Laser Welding Machine
Function: Precision welding of stainless steel sheets and tubes.
Benefit: Small weld seam, minimal deformation, smooth appearance, strong joint, reduced grinding work.
3. CNC Bending Machine Function: Bends stainless steel plates into various angles and box-shaped structures. Benefit: High angle accuracy, excellent consistency, ideal for batch production.
4. Laser Cutting Machine Function: Cuts arbitrary shapes, openings, and blanks from stainless steel plates. Benefit: High cutting precision, fast operation, capable of complex patterns, no burrs.
5. Deburring Machine
Function: Removes sharp edges and burrs after cutting or tube processing.
Benefit: Safe handling without injury risk, smooth surface finish, improved product quality, easier welding and assembly.

STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTS
Standard Features
Closed cabinets
The bottom layer of the closed cabinet should be made of steel plates, the side panels and partitions should be with reasonable dimensions, and the shelves should be non-movable.
Sink and water board
- All Sink water boards should be manufactured according to the specification book, and the bottom side of the water board should be completely soundproofed. The dimensions of the sink should be indicated in the data sheet or indicated in the diagram. - The sink should be completely covered at vertical and horizontal corners. The drip board should be thrown at a ratio of not less than 1:10 to the drain. All sink drains should be placed in the corners with stainless steel overflow pipes. All sinks should have 100mm high water flaps (unless otherwise specified). All sinks should not have standing water in the Sink after draining.
Grease trap (if required)
The grease trap must be made of stainless steel and comply with local regulations, and all grease traps must be easily removed and cleaned without the use of any tools
Workbench and lower panel
‒ The underlay plate of the workbench should be manufactured according to specifications. The four sides need to be folded down by 40mm. -The shelves shall be cut and folded and firmly welded to the feet, and the joints shall be firmly connected. -All stainless steel surfaces and shelves should be sealed with stainless steel U-plates within the 40 mm edge.
Suspended shelves
‒ The suspended shelf should use 1.2mm thick stainless steel with an edge thickness of 40mm. -The bottom of the shelf should be sealed with 1.0mm thick stainless steel.
Stainless steel countertop
-All stainless steel countertop is integrally welded, and the lower part is welded stainless steel support reinforcing bars so that the countertop can support heavy objects without bending and deforming. The surface should be flat, smooth, and not uneven.
-All product against the wall needs to bring a 100/300mm high-grade water back, a insect-proof fixing plate between the welding table and the wall, and the water back is selected according to the requirements of the equipment next to it. -The angle between the table and the water retaining back should be made with R6mm hygienic inner rounded corners.
Cabinet inner shelves
-The shelves inside the cabinet should not be movable. The edge thickness is 40mm.
-All stainless steel shelves should be sealed with stainless steel U-plates within the 40 mm perimeter
Wall-mounted shelves
-The suspended shelf should use 1.2mm thick stainless steel with an edge thickness of 40mm. -The 40 mm edge of the laminate should be sealed with a stainless steel U-plate.
Reinforcing bar
All work surfaces need to be fitted with reinforcing bars, which are installed in the center of the table and cannot be more than 760mm away from the sides. The stiffener is made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel, and the cutting table needs to be equipped with an 18mm thick solid wood plate, sealed with a 0.8mm stainless steel plate, and the square leg tube is equipped with round shock-absorbing rubber pads.
Drawers
-The drawer should be mounted on an assembled 2.0mm thick stainless steel rail with a silent ball shaft of sufficient length to prevent derailment when the drawer is pulled out.
-The rail should be made of stainless steel and retractable, fully stretched, and with a load capacity of not less than 60kg. The drawer can be drawn out of the full length of its length.
-Unless otherwise stated, the refrigerator drawer slide should have a load weight of 50kg.
-The drawer combination should close automatically when opened and be easily removed without tools. - Unless otherwise stated, the internal tray of the drawer should be GN1/1.
Equipment wheels
-Equipment castors should be top domestic brands. -Castors should be 5" (127.0mm) or 6" (152.4mm) diameter heavy-duty, ball bearings, disc wheels, and tires with replaceable oil-proof rubber or neoprene with a minimum width of 1-3/16 (30.2mm) tire patterns. -The minimum load capacity per castor is 250 lbs (112.5kg) unless otherwise stated. Grease injection attachments, thread guards and polished plated finishes are also available. Wheel-locking devices are provided in places.
Doors
All metal doors are reinforced with stainless steel to prevent bending. The outer surface is 1.0mm thick stainless steel, welded at the corners, and sanded and polished. The door is about 20mm thick. The cover door should be recessed (open kitchen cabinet doors are in the form of door cover frames), and heavy-duty stainless steel doors and heavy-duty magnetic latches (open kitchen cabinet doors are installed with hydraulic automatic closing doors). The sliding door should be mounted on a 20mm thick stainless steel overhead track and use a ball silent roller, and the sliding door should not be easily removed by tools. All sliding doors should be equipped with plunger locks.
Cabinet/legs and cross supports
-Unless otherwise specifically required, it should be a 38x38mm stainless steel square pass, the cross support should be a 32x32mm stainless steel square pass, and all welds of the cross support should be continuous and polished smooth. Spot welding cannot be used. -The feet should be 38x38mm stainless steel square and 150mm high adjustable equipment feet, and the equipment feet should be welded to the reinforced cap groove and then welded to the bottom of the equipment. Or there may be a special request for clarification.

How to exhaust smoke from hood ?

What is the exhaust volume of the hood ?
The exhaust volume of the hood has a dynamic range, which depends on the exhaust requirements of the stove under the hood. If the exhaust volume is too small, the oil smoke cannot be extracted. In addition to wasting energy, the exhaust volume that is too large will also cause louder noise.
Lighting needs for island hoods ?
When used in back-of-house kitchens, white tube lights are usually coordinated with the color temperature of the surrounding lights; if used in open kitchens or open spaces, warm-toned light is usually used to match the atmosphere of the decorative design. Please consult the lighting designer.
Does the island type hood need fresh air ?

DT series low noise (fire smoke exhaust) cabinet type centrifugal fan. It has the dual functions of fire-fighting smoke exhaust and ventilation. It is an updated product of fire-fighting smoke exhaust fans for high-rise buildings. This series of fans includes two sub-series: DT forward tilt series and DT-BF backward tilt series.
Product Features
1. The cabinet body adopts a profile frame and panel assembly design, which has a beautiful appearance. The frame material is aluminum alloy, the panel is a multi-layer duplex structure, and the interior is filled with sound absorptive materials (fire smoke extractors are filled with fire and sound reduction materials), which can effectively insulate heat and reduce noise.
2. The cabinet is equipped with a large maintenance door, which is convenient for the maintenance and overhaul of the internal components. The access door is fastened with a movable lock for easy access.
3. The transmission mode is belt drive, and its advantage is that the fan parameters can be adjusted by changing the speed to make up for the selection error. However, the belt is a worn part and needs to be replaced regularly.

Selection considerations:
1. System design and fan selection should be carried out by professionals, and the system resistance should be estimated as accurately as possible, otherwise improper selection will lead to poor actual use of the fan.
2. The pressure loss of the resistance parts in the system is not a fixed value, and the resistance coefficient should be used for selection and calculation.
3. The cabinet fan should not be operated for a long time in the full-open form (that is, the air inlet and outlet of the fan are not connected to the pipeline). Because the performance of the fan is unstable in this state, and in this case, the motor of the standard configuration of the fan is in an overloaded state, long-term use will cause the motor to burn out. Short test runs are allowed. 4. Pay special attention to the fact that the B-type fan cannot be selected for range smoke and fire fighting purposes.
Technical note
1. The performance parameters of the fan provided in this data are under standard conditions (that is, the medium is clean air at standard atmospheric pressure, and the temperature is equal to 2 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ; Gas density is equal to 1 . 2 {kg / m } ^ { 3 } , ). The test method meets the requirements of the Figure Fig. 12 installation method (free intake, pipeline outlet) in the AMCA8 standard. 2.
