设备运行原理
Equipment operating principle
“博龙”牌畜禽废弃物无害化
处理设备 , 适合于不同粪便、畜禽
尸体、餐厨垃圾、生活污水淤泥的
处理 , 有机废弃物水分只要在 70%
以下 , 无需添加任何辅料 , 可以直
接投入罐体内，该设备能够适应高
湿、高寒的不同地域，采用的是立
式封闭罐体结构，减少了安装占地
面积。设备采用好氧微生物有氧发
酵原理 , 使微生物利用畜禽粪便和
尸体中的有机质、残留蛋白等，在
一定温度、湿度和充足氧气环境状
态下 , 快速繁殖 , 从而实现对畜禽
废弃物的无害化处理。
它是一个连续的系统，每天都
可以投放废弃物，有机肥料每天都
在产出。斗式提升机提起有机废物，
并自动将其放入（罐体）中。有机
废物通过搅拌叶片在罐内混匀。特
殊的热交換器利用废气的热量来加
热新鲜空气并使其进入罐体，热空
气从叶片上的孔中吹出。温暖的空
气加速了有机废物的有氧发酵和水
分的蒸发，平均 7 天后，有机废物
就被转化为高品质的有机肥料。
\"Bolong\" brand organic waste harmless
treatment equipment is suitable to different
manure, livestock and poultry carcasses, kitchen
waste, domestic sewage sludge. There is no
need to add auxiliary materials if the water content of organic waste is under 70%, can be input
into the tank directly. The equipment can adapt
to different region, like high humidity and high
cold, and it adopts a vertical closed tank structure, which reduces the installation area. The
equipment adopts the aerobic fermentation principle of aerobic microorganisms, so that the
microorganisms use the organic matter and
residual protein in livestock and poultry manure
and carcasses to multiply rapidly under a certain
temperature, humidity and sufficient oxygen environment, thereby realizing the organic waste
Harmless treatment.
It is a continuous system that organic waste
can be input into the compost tank everyday and
organic fertilizer is produced everyday. The
bucket elevator lifts the organic waste and puts it
into the (tank) automatically. Organic waste is
mixed well in the tank by stirring blades. Special
heat exchanger uses the heat of exhaust gas to
heat fresh air and let it enter the tank, and the hot
air is blown out from the holes in the blades. The
warm air accelerates the aerobic fermentation of
organic waste and evaporation of water. Seven
days later, organic waste is converted into
high-quality organic fertilizer.
