概述Summarize
CMIE系列电子式塑壳断路器(以下简称断路器),是本公司采用先进的CAD/CAM/CAE设计、制造技术,研制、开发的新型断路器之一。
其额定绝缘电压为800V,适用于交流 50{\scriptstyle\mathsf{H z}} ,额定工作电压400V,额定工作电流至1250A的电路中作不频繁转换及电动机不频繁起动之用。断路器具有过载长延时反时限、短路短延时反时限、短路短延时定时限、短路瞬时和欠电压保护功能,能保护线路和电源设备不受损坏。
断路器按照其额定极限短路分断能力(lcu)的高低,分为M型(较高分断型)、H型(高分断型)二类。该断路器具有体积小、分断高、飞弧短、抗振动等特点。

在额定工作电压的 85%~110% 时,欠电压脱扣器应保证断路器能合闸;
在额定工作电压低于 35% 时,欠电压脱扣器应防止断路器合闸。

操作手柄特点:
1.当断路器在合闸状态时,不能开启柜门;
2.若操作手柄或手操机构在合闸状态时有故障,可通过操作手柄上的紧急解锁装置开启柜门;

CMILE系列剩余电流动作断路器(以下简称剩余电流动作断路器)是本公司综合采用国际先进技术设计、开发的新型剩余电流动作断路器之一。适用于交流 50\mathsf{H z} ,额定电压至400V,额定电流16A至800A的电路中。
其主要功能是对有致命危险的人身触电提供间接接触保护。额定剩余动作电流不超过0.03A的剩余电流动作断路器在其他保护措施失效时,也可作为直接接触的补充保护,但不能作为唯一的直接接触保护。同时,还可用来防止由于接触故障电流而引起的电气火灾。并可用来保护线路的过载、短路,亦可作为线路的不频繁转换之用。该剩余电流动作断路器具有体积小(和相对应的塑壳断路器体积相等)、分断高、飞弧短及剩余动作电流、剩余电流动作时间可调节等特点,同时可带报警触头、分励脱扣器、欠电压脱扣器、辅助触头、旋转手柄操作机构、电动操作机构等附件,并可采用板前、板后和插入式等多种接线方式,是用户使用的理想产品。
剩余电流动作断路器垂直安装(即竖装),亦可水平安装(即横装)。
