The principle of metal tube float flow meter is that, in the vertical measuring tube of the flow meter, when the fluid flows
upward through the tube, the float moves upward, at a certain position the lift force of the float and the float gravity
reaches equilibrium, at this time, the flow ring gap area between the float and the orifice plate (or conical tube) maintained
at a certain level. The ring gap area is proportional to the rise height of the float, i.e. a certain height of the float represents
the flow rate. When the float moves up and down, the position is transmitted to the external indicator in the form of a
magnetic coupling, so that the pointer of the indicator follows the float and, with the aid of the cam plate, the pointer
indicates the flow rate value linearly.
