性质

硬度

加PP虽然能增加点PE板强度，但会导致其他性能降低很快。

可以填充滑石粉，滑石粉形状是片状，所以具有更高的刚度，尺寸稳定性和耐热温度，增强效果好。

填充滑石粉后，产品容易出现斑点，解决办法有：

1.填充比例不要太高，在20%左右。

2.对滑石粉做改性处理，加入钛酸酯类偶联剂、相容剂，如对应树脂的PP或者PE的酸杆接枝物，可以大大提高填充量和保证，HDPE与填料的更好的混容性。同时合适的润滑剂与加工助剂也是非常重要的。

成分

吸塑PE塑料板配方主要成分：LDPE、ZnSt、HDPE、AC发泡剂、DCP、CaCO3。

LDPE：低密度聚乙烯，吸塑PE板的主要成分，具有单体聚乙烯无毒、易燃、易氧化的特点，不易吸水、导电性能好、绝缘性好，常用作电线电缆、塑料薄膜等软性塑料。

ZnSt：硬脂酸锌，金属皂类润滑剂，聚烯烃类塑料多采用硬脂酸盐类润滑剂，因为它具有原料易得，成本低，无毒无污染等特点。一般而言，硬脂酸锌中锌含量决定润滑剂能不能很好的分散于塑料之中，越纯越饱和的硬脂酸锌越耐温，也越容易分散。

HDPE：高密度聚乙烯，具有和低密度聚乙烯树脂相类似的性能。

AC发泡剂：偶氮二甲酰胺，发泡剂的发泡效果是由发气量决定的，AC发泡剂性能稳定、绿色环保，原材料价格便宜，被广泛应用于各种聚烯烃类制品如拖鞋、皮革、隔音材料等方面。要将AC发泡剂分解需要较高的温度，而高温会导致塑料制品被降解，影响制品性能。

DCP：过氧化二异丙苯，交联剂，聚烯烃类聚合的引发剂，DCP可以使橡胶塑料结构发生变化，使得PE板更加耐高温、耐磨损、耐氧化。

CaCO3：最常用的的塑料填充料，有轻钙和重钙之分，轻钙竞争激烈发展迅速，但是轻钙提供给企业的都是凝聚体，直接应用很难分散于塑料制品中。

用途

pe板材在生产制造时需要注意原料的选择和施工工艺。
