Thisproductisdividedintotwomainparts:enclosureandtrollyTheenclosureismadeofbentsteelplates,ssembledwithbolts afterspraycoating.Itcanbedividedintosmallbusbarcompartment,relayandinstrumentcompartment,trolleycompartment, cablecompartment,andbusbarcompartmentbasedonfunctionalfeatures,eachseparatedbygrounded metalpartitions.The protection levelofthecabinetshellisIP4X;when the trolleycompartmentdoorisopen,theprotection levelis IP2X.
Theswitchgearincludescableinlet/outletoverheadlineinlet/outletbusbarinterconnectionisolation,volagetrasfors, surgearresters,ndothermaincircuitshemes.Thebusbaradoptscompositeinsulation,withinsulationsleevesmadeofflameretardant material injection moldingforphase-to-phaseandconnection heads.Adjacentcabinetsareseparated by busbar sleeves,whichefectivelypreventsaccidents fromspreadingandprovidesauxiliarysupport tothemainbusbar.Thecable compartment is equipped with a grounding switch,overvoltage protection device,etc.
Metalgatesareinstaledinfrontoftecontactbox.Theupperandlowergatesautomaticallyopenduring the movementofthe troleyfromthedisconnect/testpositiontotheworkingpositionndautomaticalllosewhenthetrollymovesinteosite direction,effectivelyisolatinghigholtage.Mechanicalinterlocksareusedetweenthemainswitch,trolleygroundingswitch, and cabinet door,meeting the "Five Prevention"functional requirements.

Mechanical Interlocking Operation:
Power-Off Operation (Run-Maintenance):
1.Theswitchgearisintheworkingposition,withcircuitbreakersandisolatingswitchesclosed.Thesmallhandleisintheworking position.
2.Firstly,theicuitbreakerisopened,andthentheallandleisovedtothe"DisconnectionLock"positionerating handleisinsertedintothelowerisolatingswitchoperationhole,puleddown,andmovedtothelowerdisconnectionposition. 3.The handleisremoved,insertedintotheupperisolatingswitchoperation hole,pulleddown,andmoved totheupper disconnection position.
4.Thehandleisremoved,insertedintothegroundingswitchoperationhole,pushedupndmovedtothegroundingposition 5.The smallhandle is moved to the "Maintenance"position.
Power-On Operation (Maintenance-- Run):
1.After completing maintenance,close the rear door,remove the key,and close the front door.

Theswitchgearisametal-clad prefabricatedstructure,asshowninFigure1.Theframeof thecabinetisassembled frombent steelplates.Theinteriorof thecabinetisdividedintoacircuitbreakerchamber,amainbuschamber,acablechamberanda secondaryelement chamber.
Thetopoftheswitchgearisthebuschamberwiththesecondaryelementchamberinfront.Themiddleofthecabinetisthecircuit breakerchamber,andontherightside,thereareinterlockmechanismsforisolatingswitchesandgroundingswitches.Terearis equippedwithcurenttransformersandlightingdevices,andthelowerpartof thecabinetisthecablechamber,wheresurge arresters can be installed.
INTERLOCKINGMECHANISMINSIDETHECABINET
Topreventtheisolatedswitchesfromcarryingloads,topreventacidentalclosureofthecircuitbreaker,toavoidenteringlive intervals,andtopreventgroundingwithelectricitytheswitchgearadoptsorrespondingmechanicalinterlocks.Theerating procedures for the mechanical interlocks are as follows:
1.Power-off Operation (Maintenance):
Theswitchgearisintheworkingposition,withtheupperandlowerisolationswitchesandcircuitbreakerintheclosedstate,and thefrontand rear doors are closed and locked.The doorlock handle isin the working position.
Firstdisconectteuitbreakertmoethdorlockandletotdisoctandlock"positioAttsintteiit breakercannotbeclosed.Inserttheoperating handleintotheisolationswitchoperation hole,rotatecounterclockwise, sequentialloperatethelowerisolationswitchtoteopenposition,theupperisolationswitchtotheopenposition,andteupper andlowergroundingswitches totheclosed position.Then,removetheoperating handle.Movethedoorlock handleto the "maintenance"positiontoopen thefrontandreardoors.Aftercompletingthepower-offoperation,maintenancepersonnelcan perform maintenance and inspection on the circuit breaker and cable room.
2.Power-on Operation (Operation):
lf maintenance is complete and power needs to be supplied,the operating procedure isas follows:
Closeandlockthefrontandreardoors.Movethedoorlockhandlefromthe"maintenance"positiontothe"disconnectandlock" position.Atthispoint,thefrontdoorislocked,andthecircuitbreakercannotbeclosed.Inserttheoperatinghandleintothe isolationswitchoperationholeinthespecifieddirection,otateclockwise,sequentillyoperatetheupperandlowergrounding switchestotheopenposition,theupperisolationswitchtotheclosedposition,andthelowerisolationswitchtothelosed position.Then,removetheoperatinghandle.Movethedorlockhandletothe"working"position,andnowthecircuitbreakercan be closed.

3.Ensure reliable grounding of the switchgear and performa circuit check on the grounding.

OPERATIONANDFAULTHANDLING
1.Pre-energization Inspection:

2.Normal Operating State:
