The ZW20-12F high-voltage outdoor AC vacuum circuit breaker is

primarily designed for a rated voltage of 12kV and AC frequency of

50Hz in three-phase AC power supply systems. This device can

provide its own operating power and is equipped with two-phase or

three-phase current transformers to detect the working current

online, determining the switch's operating status. It achieves

overcurrent protection, timely overcurrent protection, and fastbreaking protection functions. Additional ly, it includes an

independent zero-sequence or ABC three-phase composite zerosequence current transformer to detect three-phase zero-sequence

components, enabling low-current grounding (i.e., single-phase

grounding) protection. When coordinated with FTU terminal, it

facilitates human-machine dialogue through GSM, GPRS, etc.,

enabling remote control and setting functions. Positioned at T-line

interfaces, it effectively isolates fault areas within the user domain to

protect the normal operation of non-fault lines, serving as a

boundary switch (i.e., an electronic power watchdog). It is the

preferred equipment for 10kV users.

The ZW10-12G/T630-12.5/16/20 type outdoor high-voltage vacuum

circuit breaker is a three-phase AC outdoor high-voltage switchgear.

It is mainly used in 12kV-level distribution systems with a rated

current of 630A and a frequency of 50Hz. It is particularly suitable for

outdoor overhead lines, handling load currents, overload currents,

and short-circuit currents, and for switching and protecting power

ports.

The ZW43-12 series outdoor intelligent vacuum circuit breaker is

primarily designed for use in 12kV, 50Hz three-phase AC distribution

networks. Depending on specific configuration requirements, it can

provide functions such as overcurrent protection, overcurrent delay

protection, fast-breaking protection, and single-phase grounding

protection (low-current grounding protection). It can be reliably

connected to FTU terminals, enabling remote control, telemetry,

tele-signal, and tele-adjust functions. Utilizing transmission systems

such as GSM, CDMA, GPRS, it allows online monitoring of

equipment operational status, making the device more user-friendly.

The ZW32-12/T630(1250)-25 Primary and Secondary Fused Polemounted Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit

breaker) is an outdoor distribution equipment with a rated voltage of

12KV and a three-phase AC frequency of 50HZ. It is mainly used for

breaking, closing, and handling load currents, overload currents,

and short-circuit currents in power systems. It is suitable for

protection and control in substations, industrial and mining power

distribution systems, as well as in places with frequent operations in

The ZW32-24 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is

designed for a rated voltage of 24kV and operates at a frequency of

50Hz in three-phase AC. It serves as outdoor distribution equipment

for power stations, industrial and mining enterprises, and rural

power grids with frequent operations. It can also function as a ring

network power supply unit and terminal equipment for the

distribution, control, and protection of electrical equipment. When

combined with an isolation switch, it can be used as a sectional

switch. The breaker is primarily used for opening and closing load

currents, overload currents, and short-circuit currents in power

systems. It features a patented solid-sealed vacuum interrupter,

external insulation with silicone rubber bushings for long life, high

reliability, good weather resistance, easy transportation, and costeffectiveness. The operating mechanism employs a compact, highly

reliable spring operating mechanism with a simple structure and a

mechanical life of up to 20,000 operations. If an advanced

permanent magnet mechanism is used, mechanical performance is

even more stable and reliable. The breaker can be equipped with a

manual opening and closing mechanism and can be manually

operated on-site when necessary. This breaker, when paired with a

controller, becomes a recloser, enabling remote control, telemetry,

remote signaling, and remote adjustment, known as the \"fourremote\" functions.

The circuit breaker has a porcelain post structure, with the upper

porcelain insulator serving as the arcing chamber, housing the

vacuum arcing chamber. The lower porcelain insulator serves as the

support column, and the three-phase porcelain insulators are

installed on a common structural box. The moving end of the arcing

chamber is connected to the output shaft of the permanent magnet

mechanism through a connecting arm and insulating rod. The

permanent magnet mechanism and the connecting rod of the circuit

breaker are housed in a watertight mechanism box. The product

consists mainly of the vacuum arcing chamber, current transformers,

transmission mechanism, and spring operating mechanism.

Overview

The GY-3S-40.5 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum permanent

magnet circuit breaker is a new generation of pole-mounted vacuum

circuit breaker independently developed by our company,

integrating advanced domestic and international technologies. It

adopts a new design concept, incorporates various advantages, and

employs high-tech methods. This product can serve as a switch for

the main transformer output in 35kV substations or as a polemounted switch in distribution networks. When combined with the

c o m p a n y ' s c o n tr o l l e r s , i t f a c i l i t a t e s c o n tr o l , p r o t e c t i o n ,

measurement, and communication, making it the preferred

equipment for achieving distribution network automation and smallsized substations.

Key Features:

Utilizes magnetic actuation (permanent magnet mechanism) to

significantly reduce the number of components, reduce arcing

power, and achieve high stability and reliability without the need for

regular maintenance.

Uses imported outdoor epoxy resin as external insulation material,

with light weight, a service life of over 15 years, good weather

resistance, oil-free, SF6-free, and compliance with environmental

requirements.

Short operation time for quick fault interruption, providing

convenient and flexible protection coordination.

Can be powered by solar cells or current transformers, eliminating

the need for an external power source for electric operation.

Remote control operation is achievable with a dedicated remote

controller, enabling remote operations without the need to climb

poles.

Integrated design of high-voltage isolation switch for compact

structure, easy installation, and maintenance.

Operating ambient temperature: -40°C to +60°C

Operating ambient humidity: 0-95%

Solar radiation in the operating environment: ≤1.1 kW/m²

Wind speed: ≤35 m/s (equivalent to 700 Pa on the cylindrical surface)

Pollution level: IV level

Ice thickness on the surface: ≤10 mm

Seismic intensity: ≤8 degrees

The LW8-40.5 series outdoor high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit

breakers are outdoor-installed, three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage

35kV high-voltage electrical equipment that uses SF6 gas as the

arc-extinguishing medium. They are primarily used for switching and

breaking the rated current and fault currents, switching and breaking

capacitor banks, and can be used for frequent operations in transfer

circuits. Additionally, they can serve as a disconnecting circuit

breaker, enabling control and protection of power transmission and

distribution lines.

The circuit breakers are equipped with the CTI4 spring operating

mechanism. Each circuit breaker can be fitted with 6-12 sets of

bushing-type current transformers.

Altitude: Up to 3000m; 1000m.

Ambient air temperature: -10°C to +40°C.

Relative humidity: Up to 90% in indoor locations (at +25°C时).

No conductive dust in the environment.

No corrosive gases that can damage metal and insulation.

The LW-126 series outdoor high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit

breaker is designed for outdoor use in areas with an altitude not

exceeding 3000m, ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to

+60°C, and pollution levels not exceeding IIV. It operates in AC

50Hz/60Hz networks with a maximum voltage of 126kV. The circuit

breaker is used to interrupt rated current, fault current, or switch

lines, enabling control and protection of the power system. It can

also be utilized as a disconnecting switch.

Altitude: ≤1000m

Ambient Air Temperature: ≤+60°C and ≥-40°C

Air Relative Humidity: ≤90% in indoor locations (at +30°C)
