产品概述 Product overview

BVP4ZX系列智能空⽓阀是⼀款⽤于智慧输⽔系统的⾼参数空⽓阀，阀⻔⾃⾝具备⾃动进、排⽓，连续微量排⽓，⼆次⾼压排⽓，阻尼排⽓等特点，能解决输⽔系统的⽓阻问题、负压问题、弥合⽔锤问题、两相流问题等。同时阀⻔设计了专⽤感知接⼝以及多通路控制系统，通过加载在阀⻔上的控制模块，实时采集阀⻔压⼒、液位、跑漏、开度⾏程等信息，将这些信息实时上传⾄平台端，⽽多通道控制系统，则可以远程控制空⽓阀，在必要的时候主动排⽓，该产品是我司发明专利产品。

The BVP4ZX series intelligent air valve is a high parameter air valve used in intelligent water delivery systems. The valve itself has the characteristics of automatic intake and exhaust, continuous micro exhaust, secondary high-pressure exhaust, damping exhaust, etc. It can solve the problems of air resistance, negative pressure, bridging water hammer two-phase flow, etc. in water delivery systems. 上盖式偏⼼半球阀具有上装式偏⼼半球阀的全部优点，⼜具有以下优势:

a、平底，不积杂物，轴封被保护。上装式偏⼼半球阀为⽴轴结构，底部有⼀个类似于硬密封闸阀的深槽，容易积存固体垃圾，轴封容易被破坏。上盖式偏⼼半球阀为⽔平轴结构，且球冠打开时位于阀体上部，因此底部平整，⽔中的杂物可以顺利的被⽔流带⾛，不会产⽣缠绕和堆积。

b、⽔平阀轴，不移位。传统的⽴轴结构重⼒向下，⼀旦移位，密封会受到影响，产⽣泄漏。上盖式偏⼼半球阀为⽔平轴结构，阀芯有两个⽀点⽀撑，不会移位。

C、在线维修更⽅便，效果更好。上装式偏⼼半球阀在线维护时要取下蜗轮头，拆开阀盖，取出阀芯，⽅可维修，存在两个弊端，⼀是⼯作量⼤，⼤⼝径阀⻔的维护需要借助吊⻋等起吊设备；⼆是阀芯取出后重新装回阀⻔内部时，不能保证球冠和阀座的相对位置合适，造成密封不严的现象。上盖式偏⼼半球阀在线维护时只需打开阀盖即可，⼯作量很⼩。⽽且更换密封圈和球冠时，不需移动阀芯，更换后的密封效果⾮常可靠。
