SMART AIR VALVE
The BVP4ZX series intelligent air valve is a high parameter air valve used in intelligent water delivery systems. The valve
itself has the characteristics of automatic intake and exhaust, continuous micro exhaust, secondary high-pressure
exhaust, damping exhaust, etc. It can solve the problems of air resistance, negative pressure, bridging water hammer,
two-phase flow, etc. in water delivery systems. At the same time, the valve is designed with a dedicated sensing interface
and a multi-channel control system. Through the control module loaded on the valve, real-time information such as valve
pressure, liquid level, leakage, opening and travel is collected, and these information is uploaded to the platform in real
time. The multi-channel control system can remotely control the air valve and actively exhaust when necessary. This

exhaust capacity is needed, the system can switch to a larger pressure exhaust port at the appropriate time based on the detected real-time data, completely solving any air resistance problem during system
operation.

偏心半球阀

部导向板使流体分散并均匀的分布流速,保障了泵的⻓期稳定的运转。
a、⾯积⼤的冲孔过滤⽹,故内部压降⼩。
b、阀⻔内部采⽤特殊导向板,使流体平衡,产⽣稳流,从⽽保护泵叶(防⽌产⽣⽓锁现象),使泵的效率达到最⼤。
C、阀体上可安装压⼒表,不⽤另装。
d、根据需要可配置双过滤器,可交替使⽤。
e、根据现场要求,可⽤⽀架来⽅便调节扩散过滤器的⾼度。
f、根据需求内部可安装磁铁来过滤铁粉及焊渣,继⽽保护阀⻔及管道,通过堵上的永久磁铁吸附管道内及进⼊泵的铁素体铁成份,进⽽保护泵及管道上的
各种机器,并且可⽅便清洗。
g、阀体上设有排污⼝,不需另外安装排污管道。
h、⽐传统的安装⽅式节省很多空间和管道材料。
i、阀体内外均为粉体环氧树脂涂装,可避免⽣锈⽽影响⽔质。
