Single-Seat Regulator
1421 Type pneumatic membrane low temperature angle single-seat regulator is a regulator for use in low
temperature, deep-cooling occasions. Adopts long-neck bonnet insulation, equipped with multi-spring actuator, it
has the advantages of compact overall structure, light weight, good stability etc. The valve body adopts
precision casting angle structure (or forging), the material is LF4 (aluminum), with good low temperature
resistance. The bellows sealed ensures that the regulator does not leak in low temperature occasions. Therefore
, it is widely used in metallurgy, air separation, oxygen production, petroleum, chemical industry and other lowtemperature, deep-cooling occasions. Particularly suitable for precise control of low temperature gases and
liquids (e.g. liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, etc.) to keep the process parameters at a given value.
This series of products have two kinds: connecting plate mounting type and floating sleeve mounting type,
with nominal pressure level of PN0.6MPa, valve body caliber range of DN20~100, suitable for a variety of
grades within the range of fluid temperature -60℃~-250℃, and leakage level of Class IV and Class VI, and the
flow characteristics of linear or equal percentage.
