采用履带式弹性压爪送料，并设有压力微调机构，可按木料的厚薄、弯曲程度、弹性压爪的压料距离，使工件加工精度提高。

前后送料辊压力采用气压传动，压力稳定、调节方便。

断屑器分段式结构，能同时将多块较窄的木料进行连续刨削。

短料刨削机构：在工作台上增设两条导向板，使短小木料早槽内平稳运动。对后压料器由原来的整体式设计，改为分段式。并增加压紧面的面积，由原来最短刨削长度260mm缩短到120mm。大大提高了木材的利用率。

机床平刨部位采用斜口切削，噪音低、阻力小、切削效果平滑顺畅。

增设刨削厚度控制器，精度达到0.1mm。
