技术特点 Features
本机可实现铝塑/铝铝/铝塑铝三种包装方式，一机三用；
本机为加长型，采用分体组合，便于进入电梯和净化车间；
■本机为加长型，成型至热封加料工位长1.4m，便于客户选配专用加料器或摄像检测系统，确保加料的充填率和产品的成品率；
模具带中心定位槽，更换方便、快捷；也可选配跟模具配套的铝合金道轨，以更方便调节；
本机加大了凸轮，可使泡罩最大深度达16mm，满足了大蜜丸、医疗器械、食品等行业的特殊要求；本机机械传动与电气相分离，不锈钢外罩改为开门式，便于操作维修、维护；
整机采用整体式牌坊平面机架，使机器更精准、牢固、耐用，避免了交叉污染；所有与药物接触部位均采用优质316 不锈钢及高品质的铝合金无毒材料精心制作而成，完全符合GMP标准。

■The machine is extended type, using separate combination, easy to enter the elevator and purification workshop; ■The machine is elongated, molding to heat seal feeding station length 1.4m, easy for customers to select special feeder or camera inspection system, to ensure the filling rate of the feed and product yield;
■The mold with a central positioning slot, easy to replace, fast; Aluminum alloy track matching with the mold can also be selected for more convenient adjustment
The machine increases the Cam, can make the maximum depth of the bubble cap up to 16mm, to meet the special requirements of big honey pill, medical equipment, food and other industries;
The mechanical transmission of the machine is separated from the electrical phase, and the stainless steel cover is changed to the open-door type, which is easy to operate, repair and maintenance;
The whole machine adopts an integral memorial archway plane frame, making the machine more accurate, firm and durable, avoiding cross contamination; All parts in contact with drugs are made of high-quality 316 stainless steel and high-quality aluminum alloy non-toxic materials, which fully comply with GMP standards.
