Our factory mainly produces white fused alumina, fused magnesia-alumina spinel, fused mullite.
With an annual comprehensive production capacity of 50,000 tons, it currently has 8 sets of cnc
tilting furnaces and has successively established 8 wholly-owned white corundum production
lines. We can provide customized production of section sand, granular sand, fine powder,
micro-powder, etc. According to customer needs, and have obtained certifications for the
GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001-2015 environmental management system and ISO9001-2008 quality
management system. In addition, we have invested 580,000 yuan to build a product laboratory
equipped with first-class domestic equipment and a complete set of testing equipment.

White fused alumina is smelted from high-quality alumina powder at a high temperature of 2050°C. It boasts advantages
such as high purity, excellent self-sharpening property, low heat generation during grinding, acid and alkali resistance,
good high-temperature stability, and low porosity.
As a primary raw material for manufacturing medium-to-high-end unshaped and shaped refractory materials, white
fused alumina is commonly used in unshaped refractory products such as ladle castables, iron trough materials, and
refractory gunning mixes. In the field of shaped refractory materials, it is mainly applied in alumina-based products like
alumina bricks, alumina-mullite saggers, alumina porous plug bricks for refining, integral lances, the \"three key components\" for continuous steel casting, and linings of ultra-high-temperature industrial kilns. Additionally, it serves as a
high-quality raw material in the abrasive and abrasive tool industry, primarily used in grinding wheels, abrasive tools,
and polishing/grinding applications. It also holds broad application prospects in industries such as military engineering,

Fused mullite is mainly made from high-purity alumina powder and high-quality silica powder, through
high-temperature melting and directional cooling crystallization. Its crystals are acicular, featuring good
thermal shock stability, high flexural strength, high refractoriness under load, high hardness, and low
high-temperature creep.
Electrically fused mullite, leveraging its properties of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance,
and low creep, is widely applied in the field of refractory products. It can be used to manufacture
low-creep hot blast stove bricks, which are suitable for ladle bricks and torpedo ladle bricks. Additionally,
it is utilized in high-temperature industrial kiln bricks, glass furnace lining bricks, as well as high-temperature saggers, shelf boards, and more. It provides stable refractory protection for various high-temperature industrial scenarios.
多晶复合磨料,是通过粘结剂把不同材质和粒度的磨粒粘结在一起制备而成的一类磨料,磨
料的利用率提高3~5倍,具有很好的自锐性。多晶复合磨料由于其独特的微破碎机理,使得多
晶复合磨料制备的磨具在磨削效率和使用寿命上得到很大的提升,特别在一些难磨材料的磨
削加工方面具有很好的性价比。
本公司通过自主研发目前成功推出一款多晶复合磨料产品,主要成分:α-Al2O3,原始晶粒为
微米尺度,颜色以白色为主。型号为:HA。主要粒度范围:46#-150#。主要适用范围:陶
瓷磨具,树脂磨具等。推荐加入量一般占磨料总重量的30-50%为宜。主要应用于轴承、齿
轮、电机轴、导轨、滚珠丝杠、飞机叶片等零部件的磨削加工。
