Co., Ltd. was established in March 2021 with a registered capital of RMB 30 million. Our company mainly focuses on thermal systems in large-scale manufacturing and high- energy-consuming industrial fields such as chemical industry, steel, coking, cogeneration, papermaking, printing and dyeing, sugar making, metallurgy, and construction materials. It is committed to the development and manufacturing of high efficiency and energy saving steam turbine, technical modification for efficiency improvement of industrial steam turbine flow structure, operation mode conversion, and comprehensive utilization of was te heat and was te pres sure for power generation, and supply of second-hand steam turbine generator sets. Our company's professional and technical capability, the quantity and quality of its cases are all in a leading position in Chinese domestic market.
A single case can generate at least 1000kw/h of energy-saving electricity, and a single project can
create more than RMB 4.2 million of energy-saving benefits per year. So far, our company's technical conversion investment projects have achieved the performance of total energy saving electricity of 800 million kWh annually, saved more than 250,000 tons of standard coal, and reduced emissions of carbon oxides and dust by more than 700,000 tons. 1. The multi-stage impulse steam turbine has 2 to 4 more pressure
stages than that of other manufacturers. The stage gap is reduced to
allocate more stages in the flow part, the enthalpy drop of each stage
is reduced. Reduce the diameter of flow structure, thus the blade
height loss is significantly reduced. This technology was selected and
listed in 2019 National Recommended Catalogue, Guideline and
Cases of Industrial Energy-Saving Technologies and Equipments,
released by Chinese MIIT.
2. Monolithic forged rotor assembly adopts whole forging method
and it's a rigid rotor . The integration of the impeller and the shaft
increases the safety and stability of operation. The blade profile is
optimized and the partition is synchronously matched.
3. Reduce the rotor diameter and increase the blade length,
compress various contact gaps to reduce steam leakage and make the
steam work to the maximum extent, thereby to achieve high efficiency
and more electricity generation under the same working conditions.
4. Add a sleeve cylinder, usually in casting or forging type,
reinforced with a partition sleeve, and works with the newly added
pressure stages and partition to increase the working air tightness of
the new pressure stage, reduce air leakage and enhance operation
safety, thus improve the working capacity of the unit.

5. Increase the length and quantity of comb-teeth steam seal from
original 36 teeth to 45 teeth, and the tooth height is also increased,
which effectively reduces steam leakage;
6. Comparing with similar steam turbine units from Chinese
domestic market, it can improve efficiency by 10% to 30%, small
volume with minimal floor space. The optimization of the flow structure
enables the unit to produce more power under the same working
conditions, thus generate energy-saving economic benefits.

1. During the production process of high-energy-consuming
industrial enterprises, a considerable amount of waste heat and
waste pressure is generated, including heat sources and calorific
value waste in kilns, ore-fired furnaces, reactors, cooling and
pressure reduction devices and other production processes,
collectively referred to as waste heat and waste pressure
resources.
2. Our company can provide different energy-saving technology
conversion solutions according to the actual waste heat and waste
pressure of the owner. Add the waste heat boiler to convert the
calorific value to produce steam, and then add the condensing or
back-pressure steam turbine unit to generate electricity or drive
equipment, which directly brings economic benefits. Such power
generation project is built into a self-contained power station of the
owner's enterprise, and all the electricity generated is used for the
owner's production or lighting.

1. The original ground foundation, regulation and auxiliary systems
of the steam turbine unit are kept unchanged to compress the
shutdown and conversion period within 40 days, plus 60 days of the
design and production preparation before the turbine shutdown, the
total time is within 100 days. The original upper cylinder and rotor
assembly, partition, generator rotor assembly are returned to the
factory for processing, testing and unit pre-assembly.
2. For models below sub-high temperature and sub-high pressure,
keep the original rotor structure, after thermal calculation, reduce the
original pressure stage space and increase the pressure stage
selectively by 2 to 8 stages, reduce the impeller diameter, install the
new extended profile blades and partitions, modify and optimize the
original steam seal structure to increase the working capacity of the
unit flow structure;
3. Add a sleeve cylinder, usually in casting or forging type,
reinforced with a partition sleeve, and works with the newly added
pressure stage and partition to increase the working air tightness of
the new pressure stage, reduce air leakage and enhance operation
safety, thus improve the working capacity of the unit;

4. Simultaneously do dynamic balancing tests to the turbine rotor
assembly and the original generator rotor assembly to solve abnormal
vibration during unit working. Do the maintenance of pressurization,
dust removal and drying to the generator set simultaneously.
5. Clean and partially renovate the condensing system of the original
steam turbine auxiliary equipment and condensing unit to improve the
system stability and heat exchange effect, and assist in improving the
system's working capacity;
6. The high-temperature high-pressure model has a monolithic
forged rotor. Except cannot to add the pressure stage and the sleeve
cylinder, other conversion and efficiency-enhancing methods remain
unchanged. If necessary, to replace the rotor assembly and add the
pressure stage to execute same operation with that of flow structure
technical conversion and efficiency improvement with reference of the
actual operation status of the unit.
This type of conversion method has the characteristics of small
investment, short conversion period, and significant energy saving and
efficiency improvement. Under the same operating conditions of the
original unit, the energy saving and efficiency improvement ratio is more
than 12%, and the economic and social benefits are both significant. The
investment amount of a single project is between RMB 3 million and 10
million.

cylinder and rotor assembly, partition, generator rotor assembly are returned to
the factory for processing, testing and unit pre-assembly.
1. Conversion of condensing type to back pressure type
For models below sub-high temperature and sub-high pressure, the upper
cylinder, lower cylinder and rotor assembly of the original condensing unit to be
kept unchanged, the pressure stage shall be modified and replaced based on
original rotor structure. The original steam extraction port shall be modified and
used as the exhaust port of back pressure type. After thermal calculation,
modify and optimize the blade profile in front of the original steam extraction
port. If necessary, re-design and replace the impeller and blades, install new
partition and steam seals, and add a sleeve cylinder to converse the original
steam extraction to back-pressure exhaustion as per the required parameter.
At the same time, the flow passage part at the low-pressure end of the original
unit shall be completely blocked with partitions, remove the working stage at the
original low-pressure end completely and add new counterweights, and do
dynamic balancing inspection to the modified turbine rotor assembly and
generator rotor assembly before leaving the factory. Modify and retain other
auxiliary equipment and remove original condensing system completely.

For high temperature high pressure models, for the monolithic forging rotor,
decide whether to keep the original rotor assembly as per the actual required
working parameters. If yes, redesign the blade profile and replace the blade,
and keep the original pressure stage. Otherwise, replace it with a new rotor
assembly and keep other methods unchanged.
2. Adjustment and modification of steam turbine unit operating parameters
It's suitable for both condensing and extraction back pressure units. The
original unit needs to be adjusted and modified in terms of extraction or
exhaust pressure and flow when actual operating parameters change. For
such demand, adjust the pressure stage quantity of original unit, change the
blade profile and optimize the steam seal structure as per thermal calculation
result, and adjust the entire flow area to realize the target of meeting the actual
working parameter requirements after modification; this conversion method
owns the characteristics of not requiring the unit replacement, small
investment, short conversion period, and the unit operating efficiency is not
lower than that of brand new units. The economic and social benefits are both
significant, and the investment amount of a single project is between RMB 2
million and 5 million.

the technology and equipment of enterprises, energy utilization

regulations, improving the standard system, strengthening energy

Business Mode
1. Energy Management Contracting, EMC, is a new market-oriented
energy saving mechanism. Its essence is an energy saving investment
means to pay the total cost of energy saving projects by the reduced
energy costs. This energy saving investment method allows customers to
use future energy saving benefits for plant and equipment upgrades to
reduce current operating costs.
Our company carries out the project conversion with the business mode
of benefits sharing of Energy Management Contracting, and undertakes
the technical risks and investment risks of the project. During the contract
period, both parties share the energy saving benefits according to the
agreed proportion, we undertake the overhaul and maintenance of the
equipment, and transfer the project property rights to the owner free of
charge after the contract period. Generally, the customer range covers
the high quality customers of large central state-owned enterprises
(SOEs) , state-owned enterprises, China's Top 500 companies .
2. Direct technology and sales service. This mode means the owner
pays the project advance payment, progress payment, acceptance
payment and expired quality guarantee deposit as agreed. The contract

The production period of this project is
1 6 5 d a y s , a n d t h e i n s t a l l a t i o n a n d
commissioning period is 50 days. It was
started up and connected to the grid to
generate electricity on January 23, 2025.
All indexes are excellent and stable. The

On April 27th 2023, our company
i m p l e m e n t e d t h e e n e r g y s a v i n g
conversion by replacing the original
low efficiency steam turbine with a
high efficiency back pressure steam
turbine, Model B15-8.83/1.57//535.
The design and production of this project
was within 155 days, and 35 days for
conversion, maintenance, installation and
commissioning. The project acceptance
was completed on December 15,2023. The
annual energy saving economic benefit
reaches RMB 10 million. All the investment
cost can be recovered in eight months, and
the economic benefit of the project is
significant.

The unit originally operated stably at an
electrical load of about 4.3MW. After the
high-efficiency conversion, under the
same operating conditions, the real unit's
o p e r a t i n g s t e a m c o n s u m p t i o n wa s
50.25kg/kw.h instead of the original
83kg/kw.h. The energy-saving and
efficiency-improvement ratio reached
3 9 . 4 6 % , a n d t h e e n e r g y - s a v i n g
e l e c tri c i t y w a s 2 8 2 7 k w p e r h o u r.
Calculating based on annual operation
time of 8,000 hours and electricity price
of RMB 0.5/kw.h, the annual energysaving economic benefit is not less than
RMB 11.308 million. The energy-saving
and social benefits of the project are both
significant.
Our company signed the EMC
project contract on March 8, 2020.
The unit model is B7.5-9.2/6.7 and
high back pressure type, and the
exhaust pressure reaches 67 kg,
which is rarely adopted in China. The
project is implemented by replacing
with a high-efficiency unit body.

On October 11, 2020, our company won
the bid and signed the project contract.In
this project we used a high-efficiency lowp r e s s u r e c o n d e n s i n g s t e a m t u r b i n e
generator set to make full use of the
current low-pressure surplus steam of
0.7MPa, 230℃, 75-90t/h, and build it into
the owner's internal self-contained power
station to produce clean electricity, all of
which is used for the owner's lighting or
production consumption, and at the same
time recycles condensate.

country, grid-connected but not sell to
the grid, it belongs to distributed
energy resources. The installation,
commissioning, and grid connection
and power generation were completed

On January 21 and December 20, 2021, our
company signed the contract of two units
c o n v e r s i o n p r o j e c t s r e s p e c t i v e l y , a n d
implemented the energy-saving technical
conversion and efficiency improvement of the
unit flow structure by paying the technical
service fee in batches. The two units operate at
a daily electrical load of about 55MW, and the
steam extraction is used for external people's
livelihood heating supply, and the excess
steam is condensed to produce electricity.
After the technical conversion of the flow
structure of the two units, the energy saving
and efficiency improvement ratios of Unit 3

The original unit model of this project is
N15-3.8//390 and pure condensing unit,
which is used for the incineration power
generation of domestic waste treatment.
Because of the external heating supply
demand of the owner, the owner is running
with temperature and pressure reduction
device and can't realize the energy cascade
utilization, thus energy waste exists. So it is in
urgent need of energy saving conversion.
The contract of this project was signed on
June 24, 2024, the design, production,
installation and commissioning period was
within 60 days, the project acceptance
inspection was completed on January 25,
2025. Under the working condition of steam
extraction 30t/h, energy saving electricity
reached 2307kw/h, and the energy saving
efficiency reached 30.9%, annual energy
saving benefits could reach RMB 9.228
million; For steam extraction of 15t/h, these
data are 1153kw/h, 10.7%, RMB 4.612 million
respectively.
our company re-designed and modified the flow structure of the unit body to
make it adjustable. Through electrical automation system, the extraction
pressure and flow could be flexibly adjusted to meet the external heating supply
demand at the same time of replacing temperature reduction and decompression
device, and using exhaust steam to generate electricity, thus brings direct
economic benefits.
