特点| Features
◎SMC液压机的四柱式结构具有出色的刚性。主要
应用于SMC/FRP板材的模压成型。该系列压力机
已达到国际先进水平。
◎CE标准SMC成型液压机采用插装阀集成系统，
冲击小，动作可靠，泄漏小，使用寿命长；享受导
轨自动润滑系统。（该技术是从台湾引进的。）
◎机电液一体化安全装置，油缸下腔支撑、上下腔联
锁回路，安全性完美。（引进台湾先进液压技术。）
◎同一生产可设定恒定压力和行程。它还具有可调
节保压时间延迟的功能。
◎压力和行程设定很容易根据生产在一定范围内完
成要求。
◎符合CE标准的SMC成型液压机采用PLC+触摸屏
（HMI）集成控制。操作方式有可调、手动、半自
动三种。

，抗侧向负载能力强。◎H型拉深液压机所有系统均安装在上平台上，保证油箱/主缸/油泵/阀组绝对压实，具有低冲击、
管路短、噪音低的优点。◎冲压圈时间约为4秒/圈，拉深圈时间约为6秒/圈◎带电动换模小车的金属拉伸压力机。◎液压
机 可根据客户产品尺寸配备合适的上下料机器人。
