由于厨房油烟成分复杂，燃烧过程中除了产生一氧化碳，二氧化碳和颗粒物体外，还溢出多种有害气体，而且油烟中颗粒物粒径分布广，成分变化大，因此净化难度很高，采用常规技术难以彻底消除污染。

本产品采用机械净化和静电净化双重作用。含烟废气被风机吸入管道后，首先进入初级装置一—净化整流室，采用力惯性净化技术，室内的特殊结构逐步对大粒径污染物体进行分级物理分解，并且均衡整流。分离出的大颗粒油滴在自身重力的作用下流入油槽排出。剩余的小粒污物进入次级装置——高压静电场，静电场内部分两级，第一级为电离器，强电场使微粒带电成为带电微粒，这些带电微粒到达第二级集尘器后立刻被收集。

1、净化系统内通风量应在净化器额定处理风量内，设备预 留检修空间必须在100cm以上；
2、净化器安装应保证水平，否则净化器收集的油会被风机 吸出，或放油时不能将净化器内的油放尽；
3、管道内风速应设置在5-8m/s；
4、弯头中线半径 >=slant 1.5D（若不满足此条件、则变径管风 阻会成倍增大）
