Luxecasting Dry Disconnect Coupling (LDDC) are based on the STANAG 3756 standard, compatible with other brands, and are designed for quick connection of hoses to pipes, effectively preventing and stopping leaks during connection and disconnection.

How our Dry Disconnect Couplings works ?
1.Turning the Hose Unit by 15° clockwise locks the units together.
2.The valves are still closed
3.Turning the Hose Unit by 90° opens the inside valves.
4.To close the valves and unlock the Units , reverse the process.
Application
LDDC adopts no leakage design concept, common transport media such as: ink, adhesive, fat acid, drugs, washing lotion, petroleum, chemicals, agriculture and various acid, alkaline products.
LDDCis widely used in off shore drilling platforms, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, as well as docking loading and unloading of cars, trains, aircraft, ships and food materials. It is also used to transport dangerous, valuableliquids.
1. No drip design, effectively prevent the leakage of materials during loading and unloading, and provide protection for the safety of operators; Eliminate environmental pollution and material waste, environmental protection and economy;
2. Dry quick connector two-way sealing design, both ends of the valve, the valve can not be opened before the docking is completed, very safe;
3. Dry quick connector compact structure, smooth inner wall, small pressure drop, to ensure greater flow;
4. Ergonomic design, simple operation, just rotate the handle to open and close the valve;
