安装说明

STEP 01

运输和起吊

设备采取工厂预制，整体式运输，运输区域道路应符合运输条件。在施工、装卸区域应保证搬运/起吊设施已到位。设备应严格按照要求在产品相应位置处搬运/起吊，并应保持设备平衡、匀速升降、缓速移动。

STEP 02

安装集成箱体

水泥基础表面平整、洁净，不得有泥土、砂石等杂物。用起重设备吊起箱体时应注意设备进、出水口对接方向。检查产品内的各类部件是否牢固，防止运输、搬运/起吊过程中出现松动和移位。

STEP 03

管路连接

·安装管路前检查并确保产品内所有连接处已经紧固。
·检查预留口是否按照要求预留同等管路和对接法兰。
·进出口管路和密封圈应进行清洁。

电气安装

供电电源为三相五线制TN-S系统。电压等级为AC380V，频率为 5 0 H z _ { 0 } . 电源线线径应满足产品总用电功率的要求。

STEP 05

调试前准备

： 设备通电后应严格按照控制方式进行模拟调试，不允许直接启动产品。. 设备通水后应按操作规范检查进水水源是否正常。. 设备调试应在专业技术人员的指导下进行，严禁在无专业技术人员的情况下进行操作，否则，造成的产品损坏及其它后果均与产品制造方无关。
