Guangzhou Huadu Worldwide Automatic Transmission Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huadu Worldwide") was founded in 1998. It specializes in automatic transmission repair and remanufacturing, the R&D and production of remanufacturing equipment and special tools, spare parts sales, and remanufacturing technical training.
The company has led the formulation of more than ten national standards for automotive parts remanufacturing, including GB/T 39899-2021 Technical Specification for Remanufactured Automotive Parts – Automatic Transmission. It has successively undertaken three major national pilot programs: the National Automotive Parts Remanufacturing Pilot, the National "Old for Remanufactured" Replacement Pilot for remanufactured products, and the National Circular Economy Standardization Pilot.
Approved as the Guangdong Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Automotive Automatic Transmission Remanufacturing in 2018;
Elected as the Chairman Unit of the Auto Parts Remanufacturing Branch of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers in 2019;

After years of development, the company has established in-depth cooperation with over 30 renowned automobile and automatic transmission manufacturers, including Imported GM, Imported Peugeot, Citroën, Renault, ZF, Dongfeng Nissan, Chery, Dongfeng Yueda Kia, JATCO, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Changan Ford, Brilliance China, FAW Mazda, Beijing Hyundai, Chrysler, Ssangyong, Aisin, DSI, BYD and AW. It also professionally produces remanufactured products for all cooperative partners.
Headquartered in Guangzhou, the Group has established over 30 directly-operated branches in major and medium-sized cities including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu, Xi’an, Changchun, Wuhan, Kunming and Urumqi of Xinjiang. In 2022, the Group repaired and remanufactured 62,000 units of various automatic transmissions, achieving an output value of more than 450 million RMB.
The Group currently has over 1,000 employees in total, among whom 327 are based at the Guangzhou headquarters and 213 are engaged in remanufacturing production. Skilled technicians with more than 10 years of working experience account for 60 % of the professional team.

Automatic Transmission Assembly Performance Test Bench and Transmission Control Unit
Equipment Introduction
The automatic transmission assembly performance test rig consists of two parts: the bench part and the control cabinet part.
The bench part is equipped with a drive motor and an output eddy current loading device.
The control cabinet part includes a control computer, oil pressure gauges, and motor-eddy current control equipment.
WE OFFER THREE TYPES OF AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION PERFORMANCE TEST BENCHES:
Type 1: Equipped with both torque and speed sensors, it can determine the completeness of gear engagement and test shift smoothness.
Type 2: Equipped with speed sensors, it can test gear engagement integrity and calculate the gear ratio.
Type 3: A simple test stand that provides a preliminary assessment of transmission operating performance. It features a compact size, is easy to integrate into workshop layouts, and offers high cost-effectiveness.
TEST BOARD
Different transmissions require different adapter plates. The dedicated adapter plates we provide are the key to connecting the transmission to the tester. You can quickly select the right plate based on the transmission model. From the very design stage, each adapter plate has been developed with versatility in mind, and can typically be perfectly matched to 5 to 6 types of transmissions. This truly enables one plate for multiple uses, effectively reducing fixture costs and improving testing efficiency.

OUTPUT SHAFT
We offer a variety of output shafts for different transmissions. You can flexibly select the appropriate output shaft according to the specific transmission model.

TRANSMISSION CONTROL UNIT
Developed independently by Huadu Worldwide Automatic Transmission, we offer three transmission controller models suitable for automatic transmissions (AT), continuously variable transmissions (CVT), and dual-clutch transmissions (DCT), respectively. Each controller is equipped with 13 output channels for controlling solenoid valves, including 8 PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) channels and 5 switching channels, supporting the testing of 9-speed, 10-speed, and even 12-speed transmissions.
In terms of signal acquisition, the controller can detect signals from 4 speed sensors, 8 pressure sensors, and 2 temperature sensors. Using the controller, you can perform shift operations on the transmission and monitor all pressure and speed states in real time during the shifting process.
During testing, the controller collects and stores data such as pressure and rotational speed. You can upload the pressure and speed data from each shift event (e.g., Reverse $$ Drive, Neutral $$ Drive, \lvert s t \to 2 \nVDash d , 2 \mathsf { n d } \to 3 \mathsf { r d } , etc.) to a personal computer for subsequent shift quality analysis.
Please note that for different transmission models, you will need to purchase the corresponding test wiring harness connectors separately. In addition, we provide remote update services for the test program via the internet.

The CVT controller can regulate the working pressure of the primary pulley, detect the actual oil pressure of the pulley in real time, and simultaneously monitor input speed, output speed, transmission oil temperature, as well as oil pressure data of key components. It also supports shift control.
AT TRANSMISSION CONTROLLER
Now, the AT transmission controller can test the following transmission models:
The AT controller supports automatic testing functions, enabling automatic shift execution while displaying input speed, output speed, and clutch operating pressures in real time. Additionally, the controller supports manual upshift and downshift operations, as well as lock-up testing, meeting diverse testing requirements.

The electric drive control tester is specifically designed for testing the motor performance of hybrid transmission systems. This device supports motor speed input control, enables forward and reverse rotation operations, and accurately identifies the direction of motor rotation. During testing, the operator can perform speed increase, speed decrease, and motor reset operations at any time. Meanwhile, the system measures and displays key parameters in real time, including operating frequency, output torque, output power, output voltage, and output current.
REPORT GENERATION SYSTEM
After completing a test, the transmission testing system can automatically upload data to a computer and generate variation curves that intuitively reflect the transmission's operating status. The system supports one-click test report generation and automatically determines whether the transmission is pass/fail, significantly improving inspection efficiency and accuracy.

ADAPTER PLATE
We offer a variety of adapter plates for different transmission valve bodies. You can flexibly select the corresponding adapter plate according to the specific transmission model.
VALVE BODY TEST BENCH
The valve body tester is available in two types based on the test system: one is suitable for automatic transmission (AT) valve bodies, and the other is suitable for continuously variable transmission (CVT) valve bodies. The equipment supports shift testing, solenoid valve inspection, oil pressure data acquisition, and shift timing measurement, and features automatic testing capabilities. The test time for a single valve body is approximately 15 minutes, and a test report can be automatically generated upon completion.
SOLENOID TEST BENCH
The solenoid valve tester determines the operating status of solenoid valves by collecting oil pressure data. Based on the test results, it automatically generates curve charts for easy comparison and analysis, enabling accurate determination of whether a solenoid valve passes the test. The device provides free test data for various solenoid valve models and supports remote updates of test programs and data. By simply changing the test fixture and wiring harness connectors, you can quickly switch and perform immediate testing on multiple solenoid valve models.
MULTI-PURPOSE OIL PRESSURE DETECTION EQUIPMENT
The multi-purpose oil pressure test equipment features three test functions.
LEAKAGE TEST
This is used to test the sealing integrity of components within an automatic transmission, including clutches, brakes, brake band servos, and other elements, to ensure they are functioning properly.
SENSOR TEST
Testing the performance of internal pressure sensors inside the valve body.
DUAL-CLUTCH TEST
Inspecting the engagement status of the dual clutch.
AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR TESTER
This device simulates the real-world operating environment of an air compressor and establishes a heat exchange cycle, enabling evaluation of cooling capacity and detection of abnormal noises during operation.
