1701 Type Pneumatic Diaphragm Regulator
Model 1701 pneumatic membrane, piston diaphragm control valve (referred to as pneumatic diaphragm valve)
adopts the sealing between diaphragm and valve body with \"mountain\"-shaped protruding surface, which is
isolated from the outside (without packing box), and the valve body has a simple flow path, smooth, and can be
covered with anti-corrosion layer, which is especially suitable for corrosion-resistant and highly toxic occasions.
The nominal pressure level of this series of products are 0.6. 1.0MPa, valve body caliber range from 20 to
200mm, the applicable temperature range of 150 ℃ or less, the leakage is zero or Class VI.
In the same working conditions, recommanded to select fluorine-lining regulator.
Characteristics
· 1701 type utilizes a multi-spring actuator that reduces height and weight by 30%.
· Valve body surface has a variety of materials coating layer, to avoid direct contact
with the medium, to withstand the corrosion of strong corrosive media.
· Particularly suitable for the regulation of highly toxic media or where contamination
of environmental hygiene is not permitted.
· Simple flow path, low resistance, rated flow coefficient is larger than the same
diameter single-seat or sleeve regulator.

Connection dimensions and standards
· Flanges according to GB/T9113-2000 (default standard). Also can be according to JB/T79.1-94, JB/
T79.2-94, or HG20592~HG20635-2009.
· Flange sealing surface type: PN16 is convex flange, PN25 is convex flange, PN40, PN64(63) are
concave-convex flanges, and the valve body is concave flange.
· Flange end surface distance according to GB/T12221-2005 (other standards must be specified).
· Welding connection groove according to: GB/T12224-2005.
· Actuator air signal interface: internal thread M10 × 1 (DN ≤ 100), internal thread M16 × 1.5 (DN> 100).
· Distance between valve body flange and flange end surface can be manufactured according to user
specified standards, such as ANSI, JIS, DIN, etc.

· Regulator name, model and purpose.
· Nominal diameter (mm), nominal pressure (MPa), operating temperature and range.
· Upstream pressure, downstream pressure.
· Media name and status, media flow rate.
· Bonnet type.
· Whole machine action mode (air-to-open or air-to-close), instrument air (air source pressure).
· Material requirements for valve body and valve internal parts.
· Accessory requirements:
Electro-pneumatic valve positioners, air filter decompressor, solenoid valve, holding valve, valve
position transmitters, (top-mounted) handwheels, etc.
· Valve body flange standards.
· Valve body structure length (flange surface distance L).
· Other special requirements (e.g., corrosion resistance requirements, explosion-proof level
requirements, leakage level limitation requirements, etc.).
