Sanxingdui is one of humans’greatest archaeological discoveries of the 20th
century and, and hailed as the “Origin of Yangtze River Civilization” and the “Ninth
Wonder of the World”. Among the first batch of National First-Class Museums
and National Archaeological Site Park, Sanxingdui is universally recognized by
archaeological field as physical evidence of the pluralistic origins, developmental
context, and splendid achievements of Chinese civilization. As a symbol of
ancient Shu culture, it shines brilliantly here, stringing along the mysterious

德阳高新区位于四川省德阳市广汉市南部，前身为 1991 年成立的广汉市工业开发小区，2015 年 9 月经
国务院批准升级为国家级高新区，开创了中西部县级行政区成功培育国家级园区的先河。
Deyang High-tech Zone is located in the south of Guanghan City, Deyang City, Sichuan Province. Its precursor was the
Guanghan Industrial Development Zone established in 1991. In September 2015, it was upgraded to a national High-tech
zone with approval of the State Council, pioneering the successful cultivation of a national-level park within a county-level
administrative districts in Central-Western China.

园区现拟整合广汉市高端装备制造产业园、小汉工业集中区、高坪工业园、
金雁工业园、三星堆工业园，主导产业为机械装备、医药食品、电子信息。
整合后，德阳高新区规划面积达到 4853 公顷；到 2027 年，力争园区工业产
值达到 1300 亿元。
The Zone is currently planning to integrate the Guanghan High-end Equipment Manufacturing
Industrial Park, Xiaohan Industrial Agglomeration Area, Gaoping Industrial Park, Jinyan
Industrial Park, and Sanxingdui Industrial Park, with Mechanical Equipment, Medicine & Food,
and Electronic Information as its leading industries.
Following the consolidation, Deyang High-tech Zone now spans a planned area of 4,853
hectares. By 2027, the Zone aims to achieve an industrial output value of CNY 130 billion.

construction projects have been reduced by over 60%, and “Zone Affairs Handled within the Zone” has basically achieved. The Zone targeted “Zero Runaround Approval”

同区自来水厂共 3 个，主要依靠广汉自来水公司与汉南自来水公司联动供水，同时拥有应急水源。供水规模可达 43.2 万 m³/d，同时还计划新
建 1 座供水规模可达 5 万 m³/d 的再生水厂。
The district is served by three water treatment plants, primarily relying on joint water supply operations between Guanghan Water Supply Company and Hannan Water Supply Company, with an
emergency water source as backup. The total water supply capacity reaches 432,000 m³/d. Additionally, a new reclaimed water plant with a capacity of 50,000 m³/d is planned.
园区已建成投运的 220 千伏变电站 2 座，110 千伏变电站
4 座，规划远期建设 110 千伏变电站 4 个，变电容量总计
75OMVA。
The park currently operates two 220-kV substations and four 110-kV
substations. Four additional 110-kV substations are planned for future
expansion, bringing the total transformer capacity to 750 MVA.
现天然气门站有 1 座，即万福门站，供气规模为 15 万 m³/d。规划远期高
新区共设储配（门）站 3 座，供气规模共 70 万 m³/d, 采用高压－中压二级
供气系统。
The existing natural gas gate station (Wanfumen Station) has a gas supply capacity of 150,000 m³/d.
Future plans include constructing three additional gas storage and distribution stations in the Hightech Zone, with a total capacity of 700,000 m³/d. The system will adopt a high-medium pressure
two-tier gas supply network.
