This series of products have standard type, heat dissipation
type, low temperature type, regulating cut-off type, bellows sealed
type and other types. Product nominal pressure level PN (MPa) 1.6,
4.0, 6.4, 10.0; trial fluid temperature of a variety of grades within -
150 ~ +250ÿ℃ range; leakage amount standard IV, V, VI level; flow
characteristics of linear and equal percentage. Various specifications
1201 type pneumatic cage-type single-seat regulator is a
pressure balanced regulator, adopting cage sleeve guid, single-seat
sealing structure, equipped with multi-spring actuator, flow path is
streamlined, and imported MA43 series balanced sealing ring is
used. The whole body is characterized by smoothness, large
allowable differential pressure, precise flow characteristics and low
noise. Particularly suitable for a variety of occasions with small
leakage and large pressure difference between the front and rear of
the valve.

heat dissipation sheet can be used for occasions
where medium temperature is -60 +250℃;
· 1042 bellows sealed type provides a complete
seal against a moving valve stem, blocking fluid
leakage;
· 1022 low temperature type adopts long-neck
bonnet and bellows sealed structure can be used in
-60 -250℃ deep-cooling occasions;
·1002 regulating cut-off soft seal structure valve
cores meet Class VI leakage standards
(microbubble class);
· Valve cores and valve seats are build-up welded
with Stellite alloy for high temperatures, deepcooling and other harsh working conditions.

(insulation length) is recommended by the general design size of the air separation industry, the
design institute and the use of units can be specified according to need, if not specified, our company will
manufacture according to the above dimensions.

Ordering information
When ordering, users are requested to provide the following materials
· Regulator name, model and purpose.
· Nominal diameter (mm), nominal pressure (MPa), operating temperature and range.
· Upstream pressure, downstream pressure.
· Media name and status, media flow rate.
· Bonnet type.
· Whole machine action mode (air-to-open or air-to-close), instrument air (air source pressure).
· Material requirements for valve body and valve internal parts.
· Accessory requirements:
Electro-pneumatic valve positioners, air filter decompressor, solenoid valve, holding valve, valve position
transmitters, (top-mounted) handwheels, etc.
· Valve body flange standards.
· Valve body structure length (flange surface distance L).
· Other special requirements (e.g., corrosion resistance requirements, explosion-proof level
requirements, leakage level limitation requirements, etc.).
