Extension of the power cord requires strict compliance with the folowing rules.During pump operation,check the joint for leakage or wire breakage to avoid electric shock.Power Cord Extension Steps

Take care not to damage the copper core when stripping insulation; keep the exposed copper wire at a proper length (neither too long nor too short). Wrap rubber tape around the joint first, then apply no less than 4 layers of insulating tape.

Use the pump only within the specified voltage range; otherwise, malfunctions may occur. Consult the power authority if you live in an area with severe voltage fluctuations.Do not connect the pump to municipal water supply pipes. Official approval from relevant authorities is mandatory if such connection is required,and this connection may also shorten the pump's service life.

不遵守安全防护措施所引起的人身伤害或水泵损坏，厂方不负任何责任，也不承担任何索赔。

操作者的安全防范措施：必须遵守本说明书中的重要规范，排除可能引起的伤害。

检查和安装的安全规范：

操作者有责任确保检查和安装水泵必须由有资质的、接受过培训的专业人员进行。只有在拔掉电源，确保水泵停止运行后才能进行维修。

自行设备改装和自制备件

自行改装设备必须经过制造商同意，使用原始备件和制造商授权的产品将确保安全，使用其他零件，制造商将不承担由此引发的任何后果和责任。

Safety Specifications for Inspection and Installation

Operators shall ensure pump inspection and installation are carried out by qualified,trained professionals.All maintenance work shall only be performed after disconnecting the power supply and confirming the pump has fully stopped running.

>PW系列水泵是浅水泵，适用于家庭、别墅、洗浴、宾馆等中小型建筑生活用水增压系统，以及井水等方面。PW系列水泵是卧式管道泵，主应用于各种机器的配套应用，以及家庭用水增压系统。
■输送介质为清水及物理化学性质与清水类似的其他液体。
■泵为卧式结构，进出口径相同，泵体材质为铸铁材质，叶轮为黄铜材质，机械密封应用耐磨材料，有效延长机械密封的使用寿命。

>PW series pumps are shallow well pumps,suitable for domestic water boosting systems of small and mediumsized buildings such as residences,villas,bathhouses and hotels,aswell as well water extraction. PWN series pumps are horizontal inline pumps,mainly used assupporting equipment for various machinery and household water pressurization systems. The pump is designed to deliver clean water and other liquidswith physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Adopting a horizontal structure with identical inlet and outlet diameters, the pump body is made of cast iron and the impeller of brass.Wear-resistant materials are adopted for the mechanical seal to effectively extend its service life.

水泵电气安装部分需由专业人员完成，严格遵守当地的电气有关规定。

电源必须通过电缆连接，电源开关的触点间距至少 3 \mathsf {mm } 。
参照铭牌中的最大电流参数选择相应规格的电缆线径。

Electricalinstallation of the pump shall be completed by qualified professionals in strict compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.

Powersupplyshall be connected via cables,and the contact clearance of the power switchshall beat least 3 \mathsf {mm } Select cables with appropriate wire gauges according to the maximum current parameters marked on the nameplate.

1.使用过程中，严禁私自改变泵的性能（如自动泵改为非自动，非自动改为自动等)2.私自改变泵的性能后，使用过程中所造成的一切后果，本公司概不负责任（财产、产品、人身安全等）

1.Do not arbitrarily alter the pump performance during operation (e.g.， converting automatic pumps to nonautomatic types and vice versa).

2.The company shall not be liable for any consequences including property loss,equipment damage and personal injury arising from unauthorized modification of pump performance.

安装前要调查的事项

1.抽井水时尽量铲除井内沙子，否则会损伤泵体、缩短使用寿命。

2.水泵优先安装在井口上端；若需远离井口，水平管道长度会限制吸程，参考对应参数表：

Itemsto Check Before Installation

1. When pumping well water, remove sand inside the well as much as possible; otherwise, the pump body will be damaged and itsservice lifeshortened.

2.The pump shall preferably be installed above the wellhead. If installation far away from the wellhead is required,the horizontal pipeline lengthwill limit the suction lift.Refer to the corresponding parameter table for details.

管道与配件规范

抽井水时管道末端必须加装过滤器，过滤器规格请咨询水泵经销商；

长期不用水泵，需拆下管路，将水泵存放于干燥环境；

水泵禁止在粉尘过多环境使用;

安装电泵时，进水管路不可使用过软橡皮管，防止吸扁管路。

②非自吸式

Pipeline and Fitting Specifications

A filter must be installed at the end of the pipeline for well water pumping. Please consult the pump dealer for filter specifications.

If the pump will not be used for a long time,disassemble the pipeline and store the pump in a dry environment.

The pump is prohibited from being used in heavily dusty environments.

When instaling the electric pump,avoid excessively soft rubber hoses for the suction pipeline to prevent pipe collapse undersuction.

水泵的运转Operationof the Water Pump

运转泵时必须注入引水

1.揭开引水口帽
2.灌满引水
3.盖上引水口帽，打开出水侧的一个供水栓
4.先接电确认电机是否正常运转，然后插上电源，几分钟后便
会出水
5.如不上水，可能是引水量不足，应切断电源，再加水
6.正常运转时，关闭供水栓，确认管道是否漏水完全打开水龙
头，耗电少、节约电费

Water filling is mandatory before pump operation: Remove the cap of the water filling port.
Fill the pump completely with water.
Replace the cap,and open one water outlet tap on the discharge side.
Switch on power to check if the motor runs normally; water willflow out after several minutes.
If no water comes out, insufficient priming water may be the cause. Cut off power and refill water.
After normal water output, close the tap and inspect the pipeline for leakage.
Open the faucet fully during operation to reduce power consumption and save electricity.

冬天应采取防护措施，防止水泵冻裂

在冬季，泵及管道易结冰，造成管道损伤，泵变形或破损，因此吸不上水，所以应采取防寒措施。
水平管道理在地下大于30cm处。
注意：电机或泵上面不要覆盖易燃物防冻，以防引起火灾事故。
在冬季，水泵不使用时，将水排净或加保暖措施。

English Translation (Manual Standard Version)

Take protective measures in winter to prevent the water pump from cracking due to freezing. In winter, the pump and pipelines are prone to icing,which may cause pipeline damage,pump deformation or breakage,resultingin failure to drawwater.Therefore, cold protection measures must be implemented. Bury horizontal pipelines more than 3 0 \mathsf {cm } underground. Notice:Do not cover the motor or pump with flammable materials for anti-freezing purposes,to avoid fire hazards. When the pump is not in use during winter,drain all water inside or apply thermal insulation protection.

If obvious vibration or abnormal noise occurs during initial operation,cut off the power supply and unplug the pump immediately,then contact your dealer or after-sales service center. Continued use may lead to electric leakage and cause accidents such as fire.

一定要设置好泵周围的排水沟，使它形成自然排水，防止在使用、维修、更换水泵时，因漏水导致损失（特别是在地下室、厨房、楼梯等地方）。

■运行中的维护：

进口管道必须充满液体，禁止泵在气蚀状态下长期运行。定时检查电机电流值，不得超过电机额定电流值。泵长期运行后，由于机械磨损，使机组噪音及振动增大时，应停泵检查，必要时可更换易损零件及轴承，机组大修期一般为一年。

机械密封维护

机械密封润滑应使用清洁无固体颗粒的介质。
严禁机械密封在干磨情况下工作。
起动前应先转动电机轴几圈，以免突然起动造成石墨水环断裂损坏。
密封泄露量允许值3滴/分钟，否则应检查机械密封处。

■泵搁置很长时间后再使用

泵搁置很长时间后再使用，若出现接通电源电机不运转的情况，是由于泵里的污物凝固或粘接，这时应切断电源，用螺丝刀卡住电机尾部的卡槽，转动螺丝刀，带动水泵转动，建议至少转动15圈，转动后，若水泵轴旋转顺畅，无卡滞现象便可恢复使用。

·Maintenance During Operation

The suction pipeline must be fully filled with liquid. Longterm pump operation under cavitation condition is prohibited.

Check the motor current regularly; the reading shall not exceed the rated current of the motor. If theunit noise and vibration increase due to mechanical wear after long-time operation,stop the pump for inspection. Replace wearing parts and bearings when necessary.The general overhaul cycle of the unit isone year.

Mechanical Seal Maintenance

Cleanmedium free of solid particles shall be used for lubricating the mechanical seal.
Dry running of mechanical seal is strictly forbidden.
Rotate themotor shaft several times before startup to prevent breakage and damage of the graphite water ring caused by sudden startup.
Theallowable leakage rate of the seal is3 drops per minute. Inspect themechanicalseal if leakage exceeds this limit.

Reuse of Pump After Long-Term Storage

If the motor fails to run when power is connected after the pump has been stored for a long time,it is caused by solidified or adhered dirt inside the pump.Cut off the power supply immediately,insert a screwdriver into the slot at the motor tail, and turn the screwdriver to rotate the pump. It is recommended to rotate at least 15 revolutions.The pump canbe putback intoserviceonlyif thepumpshaft rotates smoothly without jamming after this operation.

保修说明

1.保修期自最终用户从经销商处购买产品之日算起一年内。
2.保修期内，凡属产品本身质量问题引起的故障，请持保修卡及购货发票到经销处免费维
修或更换零件，用户不得擅自拆机修理。
