Beijing Far East Instrument Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise under Beijing BIIC Intelligent Technology Co.,

Ltd.

With the corporate vision of \"becoming a leading brand supplier of automation instruments in China\", Far

East Instrument is mainly engaged in R&D, production and sales of industrial field flow instruments, level

instruments, intelligent flame detectors and other products; meanwhile, as Emerson's strategic partner, the

Company is responsible for the market expansion of Rosemount series pressure, temperature, flow, level and

other measuring instruments in the cooperation area. The Company's products and services are widely used

in the industries such as nuclear energy, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, light

industry, pharmaceutical and municipal works.

The Company established its factory in 1955, and gradually developed into a State-owned holding enterprise

with mixed ownership advantages in the field of industrial automation instruments after many times of

technology introduction, joint venture cooperation and equity adjustment. In April 2020, the Company

launched the reform of mixed ownership of State-owned enterprises, and completed the separation of

primary and auxiliary businesses through survival and division in July 2021. After stripping off auxiliary

businesses, Far East Instrument focuses on the operation and development of instrumentation business of

industrial automation process.

Over 60+ years of development, Far East Instrument, with its scientific management system and

management mechanism, took the lead in passing ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification

Certificate in Beijing's instrumentation industry as early as 1994, was recognized as a municipal technical

center in Beijing in 2004, and as a high-tech enterprise in 2008.

The Company has maintained a series of market access qualifications such as material supplier of

CNPC, e-commerce suppliers of SINOPEC material procurement, qualified supplier of CNNC and qualified

- 03 - Overview:

Because of using a millimeter wave band with a higher frequency than Ku band radar, ULR3000 80GHz FM wave FMCW

radar product (also known as millimeter wave radar) has important applications in long-range target detection, and scanning

imaging in strong smoke and dust environment, and can detect smaller targets than pulse radar and achieve more accurate

positioning, with higher resolution and accuracy.

As an 80GHz band radar used in the field of industrial measurement, high-precision, contactless level and liquid level

measurement has incomparable advantages over other ordinary microwave pulse radar and guided wave radar. With extremely

narrow beam and penetration ability, it can better adapt to ultracomplex working conditions without weakening the measurement

performance.

Application areas for products:

◼ The electromagnetic wave emission angle of the product is small, which is suitable for narrow space or guided wave pipeline

measurement

◼ The product can reach a measurement range of 120m, which is suitable for the measurement of super large storage tanks

◼ The blind area of product measurement is in the range of 0-8cm, which is suitable for the measurement of small storage tanks

◼ The product has extremely high measurement accuracy and is suitable for high-precision dosimeter measurement

◼ The product has rich echo processing algorithms and empirical data of various working conditions and environments; for the

application of storage tanks with strong dust, steam and other extremely harsh working conditions or special processes such

as stirring and heating rods, it has unique advantages over other similar products.
