1. 概述 Overview
在工业控制应用中,通常由直流开关电源提供电源,而电子断路器是直流领域中,系统元件选择保护的理想方案,它具
备选择性脱扣方案功能,能够为各种负载提供最佳过载或短路 保护功能,非故障回路不受影响正常运行,从而保证生产过程
的可靠运行。
In industrial control application, usually supplied with current by a DC switching power supply, and electronic circuit
breakers are ideal solution for selective protection of system components in DC applications. It has a selective tripping
function, which can provide optimal overload or short circuit protection for various loads, and ensure the normal operation
of non fault circuit without being affected, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the production process.

举例说明:( 以设置 2A 为例 )
• 当电流大于 1.6A 时,绿灯闪烁,处于预警状态;当工作电流大于 2.2A 时,进入过载状态,该通
道黄色 LED 闪烁,如果保持过载,30 秒后关闭该通道输出,进入报警状态,红色 LED 闪烁, 此时不可
操作,10 秒后红色恢复常亮,可以进行复位操作;
• 当工作电流大于 2.6A、3A、5A、7A,同上;
• 在过载期间,电流回到 2.2A 以下,LED从黄色闪烁恢复到绿色常亮,退出过载状态;
• 短路时,脱扣时间小于 1ms。
For example: (taking 2A as an example)
• When the current is greater than 1.6A, the green light flashes and it is in warning state; when the
working current is greater than 2.2A, it enters the overload state, the yellow LED of the channel flashes,
and if the overload continues, the channel output will be turned off after 30 seconds, and it will enter the
alarm state, the red LED flashes, and it cannot be operated at this time. the red LED light will return to
normal brightness in 10 seconds, then it would keep operating to reset
• When the working current is greater than 2.6A, 3A, 5A, 7A, the same as above;
• During the overload period, when the current returns to below 2.2A, the LED light will return from
yellow flash to green brightness, it means that ECB exits the overload status;
• In case of short circuit, the tripping time is less than 1ms
曲线说明:
电流大于设定值的 1.1 倍,脱扣时间 30 秒;
电流大于设定值的 1.3 倍,脱扣时间 3 秒;
电流大于设定值的 1.5 倍,脱扣时间 1 秒;

Curve description:
