侧移车库门主要有上轨道、下轨道、门体、

开门电机、上吊轮、下导向轮、安装支架等组成。

门体采用铝合金保温帘片制作，保温隔热性

能良好；上吊轮及下导向轮采用尼龙材质制作，

耐磨低噪音；上轨道采用铝合金挤压成型工艺，

弯轨采用铸铝制作，表面喷塑处理，具有质轻耐用、

外形美观的优点。下轨道采用镀锌板轧制工艺制作

加之其具备排水功能，能够实现最大程度的防腐，

另该下轨道无需预埋，安装到位后仅略高于地面，

该下轨道结构具备良好的承载性，完全满足车辆

的通行。

该设备 2004 年投入运营，全电脑控制。设备总长余 160 米。完全采用意大利的进口流水线生产，品质卓越，外形美观，

保温效果极佳 , 保证了生产出来的聚氨酯门板品质优良。

1、门板生产线：

门板生产设备集成了开卷，覆膜，切断，成型，预热，发泡，固化，切割，堆垛等功能的自动化生产线，整线结合了机械、

化工、电控、液压、气动和温控等多方面技术，在同类生产线中，各方面指标均达到国际领先水平。

1.1 精确的温度控制

生产线使用了热空气循环加热，使聚氨酯发泡、固化的温度严格控制在合适的范围内，确保能生产出高质量的工业门板板材。

1.2 先进的发泡工艺

生产线使用的 141B 替代了以氯氟化碳为基础的发泡剂，使聚氨酯发泡处理成了环保的生产工艺，符合环保标准。

1.3 全自动的过程控制

生产线的所有指针采用全自动计算机控制，原料的各个组分的精确控制，灌注量、发泡压力和温度、混合电机速度、流水

线运行速度微调、定长切割等都可以在精确实现。

1.4 全程监控体系

所有操作都有监控体系监控，所有生产过程都被自动记录，任何误操作或不正常现象的出现都可以被及时发现并被处理，

可以有效保证各种情况下流水线的稳定运行。

2、门板深加工设备

门板的钻孔、视窗全部在此数控中心加工完成，保证精度的同时，对于整个滑升门质量起到了很好的控制作用。数

控加工中心的优点就在于：可以完成出厂前的预加工工作，提前完成对整体滑升门的安装精度控制，从而对滑升门

最终顺畅运行提供了前提保障。另外数控加工中心可以提高工作效率，缩短安装工期，更方便的适应项目安装进度

要求。

3、轨道系统加工设备

(1）轨道焊接采用意大利进口点焊机，轻便灵活，全数字化，便于控制，还有数字化自动调温系统，使点焊机保持良

好的性能。焊接点平整，焊接牢固性好 。

（2）轨道成型机和弯管机性，能可靠，误差小。保证了加工的轨道平直，内槽光滑，从而使整个门在提升或下降过

程中达到完美的平稳和减噪。
